Seed sprouted after 4 days days. I’m doing this a little bassackwards so I know she starts growing into a fine fine young lady! Lol!
Started LST on day 3. She was about 4cm give or take. Working out well
So I was nervous about how this grow and diary would turn out, which I why I am starting it so late into the grow. But thanks to a few friends on here, I decided to go ahead and post it. I’ve mainly used bending to keep as much of the plant exposed to light as possible, since I can only give her about 17 hours of light (4 hours w/ 400w MH & 13 hours 300w LED & Sun System 150). I really like how the lower growth is coming along. This is my 1st auto grow, practiced with some bag seed last year, so any advice is welcomed.
So this is the end of week 5. During my attempt at bending the top cola down, I snapped it right off!! I was so heartbroken. But she seems to have bounced back. Can’t really tell, but I think I may have stunted her just a little. Good thing is I got 2 new tops that are very nice. Ordered some big bloom from fox farms. Only had 1 application so far, so cant really see a difference yet. I will say it seems to be nice for some bagseed I’m flowering. Probably order some tiger bloom next week and something for the terps and smell if anyone has any recommendations
Beginning of week 6, and she has some nice growth on her. Seems to be a slow flowerer. Not sure if that's from the topping, or me tipping her over a few days ago (yes I did that), or nature. But she's growing sturdy, and I think she'll give me some nice buds
Update: noticed some of the tips are burning. Think I went a little heavy handed with the nutes. Was planning on starting my flush next week. But I think I'll start now and see if it spreads. I've heard of some nutes you can give right up until harvest but I'll have to look into that
Another week growing. She’s looking good. Started flushing a few days ago. Also moved her into the room with my other photo periods on 12/12 under a 400w HPS. Hopefully, she’ll keep growing good
Feb 9 measured her again today. 19 inches from the ground! I’m thinking I may be off with my days. Looking at other grows I think I started counting to early. When does everyone else start counting? Haircut down low a few days ago. I don’t smell much, but my friends can definitely smell something. Probably because I’m in the room everyday. So I’m gonna update the smell to normal.?.?
Sorry I haven't able to update, been out of town for business. This girl definitely blows the 65-75 days out the water. Plant is very very frosty!!! Trichomes everywhere! Appears to be the perfect plant for tinctures or hash. Only thing that has me nervous is the size of the buds. They seem really small, not sure if they’ll fatten up
@CaciqueCayacoa, well that makes me feel better. My last grow I felt I could’ve gotten more outta the taste, but then like you said genetics plays a big part
@Cannabisqueen, I didn’t want to fim her because I’m starting to see pre-flowers. So far the spiral technique has worked....gotta start bending her around
@DougFresh,awe! Wow that's awesome to hear! Some autos don't like being FIM but some do; it's a grey area in the auto world. Most say just don't do it, I say try and see what happens aha :)

My AvT is doing my super well with the FIM I gave her she is 6 weeks into veg no flower yet
Looking solid. She's filling out nicely. Does a 12/12 light cycle have a negative effect on autos in flower...like limiting potential yeild? And will it kick and auto into flower? #noobquestions
@TheOutlawBubbaKush@goarilla the 12/12 light won't stop autos from flowering that's the one beautiful thing bout autos, set life cycle. I was nervous bout putting the girls under 12/12 instead of 16/8, but they seem to like it. Both the AvT and my diesel auto(no diary) have done very very nice under 12/12. Not sure if it's due to the nutes or it being a 400w HPS. Less light will definitely equal less yield but I definitely can't complain with what I have and what they should produce
@Jaindoh, thanks man! But accidentally topping her made me ultra nervous. I like her structure at this point. Not sure if I stunted her pre flower stretch (probably did) but we'll see how it goes. If she does start stretching, I’ll tie her down rather than bend
mine and my buddies were a bit on the light side as well, appears to be a sativa pheno vs indica pheno thing... been trying to keep temp/humidity down and circulation up
im just gonna either trim heavy and use all that trim or leave it on cause its so sticky havent decided XD
