they're looking very nice! congratulations!
I do think however that sticking with only 6500K lamps in the beginning has kept them a bit small.
About 12 years ago i made some tests with 3 different sets of T8 lamps: one set of 5 lamps at 3000K only, one set of 5 lamps at 6500K only and one set mixed (2x3000K and 3x6500K) and the last one was definitely the best overall. With 6500K lamps they almost grew more sideways than in height. While this was nice to have a tight internode-spacing, they just never grew tall enough and lacked a bit in overall height in the end. Great for small boxes or tents, but i think if the upward space is there it's not necessary to keep them this small.
The 3x6500K/2x3000K was definitely the golden ratio in my test setup back then. They didn't grow too tall in the early phase, but stayed rather tight with relatively small internode-spacing, but didn't get stumped/dwarfed either. You might want to play around with the mix of the different light-colors during veg with one of your next grows to see if you find a ratio that suits your environment best.
happy growing, but first: happy harvesting ;)
