You can top autos, especially outdoors. It lengthens the veg time and you end up with a bigger plant and more buds. Your plant might be a bit too far along judging by the top flower but I always top (or fim) down to the third node when the plant is at the fourth or fifth node. Good luck with your nice looking plant.
