Good strain for a newb to grow. A couple minor problems but they were easily corrected. Very energetic. Makes the daily drudge of life a lot more fun.

Nutrients
This was my first indoor grow with proper equipment. I kept the nutrients simple and the results are outstanding! I am very satisfied.
Lights
Wow! What a light. This is my first grow and the results were spectacular. I used a basic nutrient regime so I am guessing that my above average harvest is a result of Budget LED's series 3 board.

Green Crack was a pleasure to grow and is a pleasure to consume. The yield was way more than expected. Grow diaries seems to have an error in the automatic calculations. I entered my tent as 2.5 by 2.5 ft. Growdiaries has calculated that to be 10.25 sq ft. The correct answer is 6.25 sq ft. (Are you folks smoking something?) I grew two strains, so 3.125 ft sq per plant. (edit. Maybe I'm smoking something. I was able to edit and correct grow room size) GC yield. 200g in 3.125 ft sq. Equivalent to 690g per meter squared. Yes, I'm happy. Total grow results (I made a small error in the Jack write up) Two plants. 356g total dried and trimmed bud. 57g per ft sq. 614g per meter sq. 1.4g per watt! I'll say it again. I love the Budget LED grow lights!

A girl named Jack...… She went down to a tailor shop and dressed in man's array She climbed on board a vessel to convey herself away Oh convey herself away Before you get on board sir, your name we'd like to know She smiled on her countenance, they called me Jack-A-Roe Oh they called me Jack-A-Roe I see your waist is slender, your fingers they are small Your cheeks too red and rosy to face the cannonball Oh to face the cannonball I know my waist's to slender, my fingers they are small but it would not make me tremble to see ten thousand fall Oh to see ten thousand fall

I am curious as to how many harvests you have used the Budget LED for and if you like it. Any and all details are very much appreciated!

@Misterincogneto, I have a 2' T5 I will be using to germinate. I may put some time and energy into finding something with a higher yellow spectrum as I read somewhere that yellow helps germination but for now I will be using that. Once they pop and wake up a bit I will turn the light on starting at the lowest til around day ten when I will turn it up to about 25 or 30%, transplant and slowly progress as the plant says it needs more light. I will start high then lower and probs end up 14 - 18 inches from plant depending on what it can handle during flower.

@Misterincogneto, That does look to be some aggressive veg but I am wondering if it is from the nutes. I have my plants outside right now. Two of the four of doing okay. One seems to be loving life and one seems to be questioning if it is here or not. The only differences with the one that is loving life are I hit the dirt hard with worm castings (at least I think it was that pot) and I transplanted in the morning, oh, also I thoght I killed it so I came inside and listened to mantras after transplanting. It is this one that has the most growth on it (you can't tell from the pics). My point is that it's potentially the nutes in the agressive veg rather than the light but I am no expert here. I bought a series 3+ full spec 250 watt and plan on going in a 3x3 with it. I was thinking 2x2 but someone bought to my attention that a 3x3 is potentially better. So I pulled out the handy dandy painting tape, measuring tape and did some measuring to get an idea of what I was getting myself into with both. The 2x2 is fine for one plant possibly two which is more than enough for me but a 3x3 will def make two plants possible and I will have more room for fans and it'll be easier for me to get in the tent for manicuring. I want to start doing some training also so two plants is ideal incase I kill one. I would like to veg inside and flower out BUT that defeats the lights full potential so I will probs veg two for outside and run the full cycle with two inside for comparision, mostly for the scientific part of me.

@Learning, I'm learning too. This is my first grow and so far all is going very well. The Budget LED boards are way awesome! My tent is 2.5 ft by 2.5 ft. One 130W board has been very sufficient for vegging. I have been using full power. Started the light 40 inches above the seedlings and have gradually lowered it to 24 inches for aggressive vegetation. So far i have not burned the plant and growth has been outstanding. Veg stage is taking a little long because I over stressed the plants during manifold training and i think I'm growing them a little larger than most people do before switching to flower. I am adding another board for flowering. Keep watching.

@Misterincogneto, I will have to follow this journal so I can see how they turn out. I have seen some really good results on 420magazine.com with these lights. I can link you if you'd like. Trying to find stuff on that site isn't a fast task, for me anyways... I also like sativas but I think I am going for the Mars Hydro 3x3 which is actually 39x39x70 so just under 6 foot. Hopefully topping and LST will lead to good harvests. I would for Gorilla but I don't have the cash for that. I am not exactly liking that isn't a true 3x3 either but I trust the light and diamond mylar will do the trick.

@Learning, i believe the brand is Sun Hut. It is 2.5 x 2.5 x 7 ft. It was the only tall small tent i could find. I like sativas so i wanted a tall tent.

Looks good af! Are your nutrient values accurate throughout the journal? I’m new as well and I’m looking for a recipe I can follow! @misterincogneto

@BeenSmokin_NewToGrowin, Yes, the nutrient amounts are correct. They are straight from the directions for the General Hydroponics 3 part (floragrow, floramicro, and florabloom) system. The only thing not shown is pH up/down for adjusting pH.
