This week I started low stress training on both plants one of them I decided to bend in a spiral motion around the support of the pot and I am not topping her or fiming them in anyway just to grow around the Ring of the pot and low stress train every single branch that grows out of it. the second plant I did Fim and now is having all the branches low-stress training just want to see if the spiral technique will increase yield or is just a waste of time and energy since both plants are clones they should perform equally there for letting me know for certain which will give me a larger yield at the end of the year.
Also I wanted to point out the remarkable comeback of the plans and now they're looking to be heading for a successful Harvest despite the hardship of a couple of weeks ago.
Thank you for reading I will continue to update have a happy grow

@Canadian_Bud, thank you for your comment and the plan seems to be coming along nicely despite mistakes here and there. The plant is thriving in our Canadian environment I have big hopes for her. smell and looks are wonderful so I expect a decent Harvest out of her with a high quality flowers.
@Canadian_Bud, thank you for your comment and the two girls that I have here are clones the one plant I did indoors so I expect them to do pretty well when it comes to weight and bag appeal.
