First grow thanks for checking it out! Using ProMix Organic soil amended only with perlite. Started off keeping it simple with an 18/6 light schedule with a 600W MH and watering with just de-chlorinated tap water.

Just continued with the same as week 1 with de-chlorinated tap water and 18/6 schedule. Started noticing one of my plants getting a tad lime green on the new growth.

This week I kept watering the same, every 2 days and same with most other things. I switched things up by trying my hand with LST. I clearly messed this up by tying the plants down incorrectly and much too tightly. I removed the pipe cleaners as soon as i realized this and let the plants start to heal.

This week brought some major changes so let's get started! -As wild as it sounds I continued watering with plain pH balanced water for the beginning of this week. -One of my plants suffering from some calmag/other nutrient deficiencies was not responding well to the botched LST but managed to fix by adjusting how much i was watering and how often, utilizing a calmag supplement, and starting nutrients. -I transplanted the majority of my plants over to final containers leaving the suffering plant alone for the time being and made a major mistake by destroying half the root base of one of my plants. -Finally i moved my grow from a closet to my 2' x 4' Grow Tent and switched the the mars hydro ts 600 for heat considerations.

During week 5, the following occurred: -Finally started feeding nutrients to plants and immediately noticed improvement in plant colour and overall shape (all leaves pointing up). -Rainy weather, the introduction of the grow tent, and a mini diffuser helped to raise my humidity from 20/30 % to 50/60 %. -The plant that i damaged half of the root mass progressed just as quickly as if it had never been damaged. No slow in growth and the plant is doing great? -Stopped with LST for my best plant to allow it to start to grow naturally during next phase. -Most importantly***, received confirmation from all plants that they are indeed FEMALE :) -Decided this will be last week of veg, switching light schedule starting next week!

-Transitioned to flowering this week with a 12/12 light schedule and increased amount of nutrients given to each plant. -Noticing plants requiring water more often, starting to droop between feeding so i decreased interval from 3 to 2 days between watering. -Overall plants seem to be responding well and growing quickly

-Flowering stretch most definitely taking effect! -Currently feeding plants 1L every other day still and using a little more tiger bloom when feeding nutrients. -Used some boxes to raise up the smallest plant in the back to even out the canopy. -Defoliated plants to allow better light penetration, more so the plant to the right to see effects of leaving many fan leaves vs not. -Overall plants looking healthy and buds really starting to develop!

-Plants maturing beautifully as we near the end 😊 -After flushing during the previous week, things seem to have improved as the tips of the leaves got no worse and plants have been healthy since! -Stepped the nutrients back again as the we enter the last couple weeks and removed grow big out of the mix. -Plan to harvest in about 2 weeks!

One of my plants is starting to turn purple at the top, both leaves and the bud itself(As shown in photos 3, 5, and 6 for week 11). Could this possibly be bud rot or something I should be worrying about?

Hey Growmie , This is not bud rot. It looks like the normal autumn colors the shows when its near harvest. You can tell it's not bud rot because bud rot attacks a plant's stem, which will appear mushy and gray. As the infection progresses, signs of bud rot are characterized by wilted, yellow, and burnt leaves. It's tricky to spot bud rot ahead of time because the fungus first takes hold inside the plant and works its way to the outside. Hopefully, this was helpful and remember ..."Happy Growing" and "Free your mind one puff at a time"

-Officially been flushing the plants for 5 days now -Noticing some yellowing on the little leafs sticking out from buds so cant leave them for too much longer. -Going to allow the plants 2-3 more days to ripen up then its time for harvest! 🙌

-Decided to harvest all plants on day 86! -Overall this grow went well for my first time IMO, we'll see when I have the final weight and quality of the bud. -Everything is smelling like a combination of fruit and skunk😍 -Wet weight is just an estimate as I trimmed the plants as a whole and hung upside down in order to keep the drying process as slow as possible. -Will update as the plant dries, I have weights for each plant, and Ive gotten a chance to sample 😁 Status Update 07/10/2020 -Plants have fully dried after 6 days and have placed them into mason jars! -Final weight worked out to be 85 Grams from a small stunted plant and 2 medium sized plants, Overall I'm happy with the outcome :) -Bud looks and smells amazing now but I've only actually smoked the scissor hash so far, will update on the smoke after the cure!

I've read a lot of conflicting information on when to do so, burping involved, and if they reduce smell/aroma of plant?

Burping that effects smell I think are the ones that break down the trichomes or haven't effectively emphasized the profiles during the grow. I only fill my jars 1/4 the first week to eliminate the need of shaking and breaking the trichomes. Swapping out the air and simple twist of a bud is sufficient. As they dry out a bit I combine the jars. When they are done in the jars about 6 weeks, I put in the humidor at 62.5 then seal in a jar , cold storage for a week. Keeps all the aromas
