It might just be a swollen calyx.. if you see multiple of them, just check one to see if it's soft inside.. if it is soft, then it's all fine.. they fill up with resin and with age (and depending on the strain they might look like pollen sacs, but then with pistils still growing out of them)..
if it's hard inside it might be an actual seed, which would then indicate self-pollination if you don't have a male around), but more likely it's just a swollen calyx (which is where the seed would be inside if it were pollinated, and they can look like a sac if they swell up).
a hermie would look different, as there would be something that look like small bananas (the pollen stems) growing out, which is not the case, as it's clearly the pistils..
