Big changes this week! I moved the tent from the main floor of the house I'm in down into the basement. it's cooler, and has more privacy and space... I've just got the authorization from the inhabitants to add another tent, too ;) I'm hoping the cooler evening temps will translate into some interesting colours as the plants flower. I've also tweaked the plant's spot a bit by putting the fabric pots up on brick stands over top of a water collection tray - this way I can water them until they are dripping steady out the bottom, but they're not left sitting in that water. I also couldn't resist planting a few more magic beans: an Amnesia X autoflower (from WWS/DES like my others) plus a Durban Poison feminized seed from Crop King Seeds. A handful of Mephisto seeds also came in the mail and... Okay, I'm considering killing the Northern Lights and POSSIBLY the Pineapple AK - the NL def seems stunted from the burn it had back on June 2, and the PAK has just slowed right down. I'm trying to be mindful of space and also not blow too far past the six plant cap I'm supposed to stick to. I turned off the weird EECCO amazon blurple I had, and switched the KingLED from just being on veg to having veg and bloom setting on on June 17. The yellowing appeared just a few days later, so I cranked the lights up about 5" higher. I'm likely giving the EECCO to a friend of mine to get him started and then will likely pick up a mars hydro, or see what I can do about building a rig through Ali baba. (anyone with recommendations?) I'm having a hard time telling which light is more powerful or effective because the EECCO info is sketchy at best. I've downloaded the lux light meter app but apparently these aren't too hot for telling quality of LED light? It just really seemed to be adding no value, with all these plants basically sitting in the KingLED footprint.

Has anyone ever heard of Dark Empire Seeds? The seed vendor I purchased from says they've been working with DES, who are based in Spain but... I can't find a peep about them anywhere. Are these gonna be mutie autoflower weirdlings?

doesn't look mutated. light burn doesn't typically start that way, and that young would have fallen over at same time, probably. wilt at least accomanying the light burn that expands rapidly. think the other is self-inflicted, even if treated the same as the other plants. this one is going to be more sensitive, at least early on. Always let the plant dictate. if one is different, that's the way it goes when you grow a variety of genetics. it doesn't mean they are bad, if they are unknown. if i had to wager on the chances being better or worse, well, that's different... but don't jump the gun.. at this point they could be the best buds ever too... lol.

What concentration of nutes should these girls get? I hear autoflowers take less, but idk why or if true. I'm using AN PH Perfect Sensi Coco Grow A&B and have Bloom A&B as well. How soon should I start feeding bloom? What concentration?

you are in coco, so probably less pronounced. they just grow faster and eat less, it seems. i would start as you normally do, but any hint of darkness, give a pH-only irrigation and it'll dilute back down no problem. i don't know what kinda ppms that system puts out.. but as long as it's fairly normal, you shouldn't have to worry too much.. often times the instructions can be for optimal conditions or just plain bloated. if ppms are 600-800, its probably mild enough.

My night-time temperature drops down to 19.8C (67.7 f) and rises to 29C (84 f) during the day. is this enough of a temp swing to see colours in the next few weeks?

Yoohoo 👋 Firstly good move going into the basement, i hope you'll get the cool temp colors too, i seem to get good fade when i really lower the feeding in the end of flowering. Anyways, with the autoflower feeding, typically you'll want to start in at 1/4 strength, but this doesn't apply to them all...some handle heavy feeding well and others do better with it. But that info you might get straight from the breeders recommendation. I would bring in the bloom nutrients as soon as you see preflowers or pistils starting to show. Most of my autos started to flower around week 4-5. The bright green growth you have is probably the increased light, but it can also sometimes hint at a iron deficiency. But if the leaves grow out into a healthy green it's not much to worry over. I think many of us have the idea that More mean More...but for me I've found Less is more. I have more problems when i try to push too much to the max, nutrients etc. So I'd stick with your moderate feeding schedules unless you see deficiency signs, and bring in the bloom in the next week or two.

@Experimentgreen, thanks so much! plants seem happier already in the basement. I'm seeing the first pistils on my lead lady... I'll consider phasing in a lil bit of bloom next feeding!
