Is there a good "rule of thumb" N-P-K to start with for flowering? I have a 4-6-3, 3-9-4, and 2-2-2 to mix for various N-P-K's. I'd like to get close to an ideal mix when I top dress in a few weeks. I know fertilizer needs will vary by strain, but I'm interested in a baseline.

A general rule of thumb is to remain close to a 3-1-3 (N-P-K) ratio for the first few weeks. During flowering, it is best to reduce the proportion of nitrogen to phosphorus and potassium compared to the ratio used during the vegetative stage. @MrJones, thanks! I've been pleased with how the Dr. Earth line has worked as a dry amendment and for use in making fertilizer tea. It has definitely made this a much easier experience. The Afghani #1 strain has also been very forgiving.

When in flower, you want to be around 45/55% Humidity - I am struggling with that as well, I kicked up my fans to at least keep the air moving, I also started to water at beginning of lights on, so the heat from the lights can dissipate a bit of the moister created after watering, would love to see pictures of the flowers :)
