Couple of things I noticed. I would recommend you try to get your humidity up a bit. I noticed that the BB seedling loved the humidity so I brought it up to 70 and they really took off! Also, the BB will stretch for the light big time and get very leggy and thin, I would bring your light down a tad as well.
