stick to your normal irrigation schedule.. simply give water-only.. do pH it to keep your current consistency for sake of adjusting nutes if needed.
don't flood it.. don't do anything crazy that'll only disturb the rootzone.. simply water to 10-20% runoff and wait for top 1" to dry.
letting things dry out more only increases concentration through increased evaporation. this would have the opposite effect. You could water early, but long periods of damp soil are bad... just wait for regular watering based on weight of pot or top 1" being dry.
all you want to accomplish is a slight dilution of what is in the soil. It's tougher to see in pictures, but if the lower leaves are extra dark and glosssy, you are probably right.
if you alternate fertilziation and watering, maybe do 2-3 water-only, but not for long.. go back to your regular scheduel... if you think it's too much, slowly adjust your regular schedule ... try 1/3rd of irrigations with ferts, or dilute it 10% more etc etc.. lots of ways to do this.
