Seeds don't need any light to germinate. Infact they need darkness. Perhaps they were old seeds? Did you soak? Paper towel method? Straight in medium? Hope this helps!

Please let me help you if you let me.. Took me months to figure out some of the stuff now that I know is like oh wow LIGHT BULB.. Save some money and learn a lot more about plant intake and such.. I want to see more people succeeding at this and not so many struggling... Honestly I see a lot of folks who are approaching it wrong more often then right.. Why do I think I'm right well check out my diary Cave of Greens and see what monster plants I grow... If your interested... If not good luck and happy growing.

@ShivaHempLove, me too. But I find there is a lot of folks who don't really care what others are doing... I spent a great deal of time looking at diaries and learning it actually helps a lot lol.

You may want to fill up your grow stones in the nets or you’ll have major light leak issues and you will introduce fungus
