2/5 - Day 17 - shes chugging along great. Got her in her final pot now, a 5 gallon smart pot. A bit droopy in the pics but that's just because she was thirsty and close to her bed time. Looks like she won't be too compact which makes me happy, my last mephistos were so compact that I got a ton of popcorn nugs and had to defoliate a lot. I hope she stays spacey.
2/11 - Day 23 - did some LST training, she seems to have responded great. No complaints so far, she seems to be just fine. I'm still holding off on adding any extra nutes, the soil should have plenty to last another week or two.
2/15 - Day 27 - doing good. Lst worked well but I'm a bit surprised it has so few bud sites still. But I trimmed just two big fan leaves off to get more light to the smaller ones. That shouldn't stress her too bad. Showing signs of preflower too so I think she'll be flipping herself soon.
2/21 - Day 33 - looks like she has started to flip herself. Didn't develop as many bud sites as I had hoped but besides that she seems to be thriving. The LST worked well and I should have 2 main colas at least. Looking forward to seeing how she bulks up.
2/28 - Day 40 - she's well in to flower now, stretching a good amount. I will be flipping my lights soon because she's sharing a tent with a photo one, so we'll see how she adjusts to that. But she seems to be doing great! Still haven't added nutes yet, just still working off of what's in the soil. She's a bit droopy in the pics but that's just because it was close to her bedtime. Certainly looks like I got a very sativa heavy pheno, but that's fine with me.
3/16 Day 56 - she's thriving in full flower mode. Showing some slight signs of cal-mag deficiency so I added a tiny bit last watering. Don't want to give her too much nitrogen in flower though. Also still feeding off of the FFOF soil. Might add a little bit of nutes soon, looks like she's starting to scavange the lower leaves. But overall super satisfied as of now, seems to be filling in nicely.
3/26 - Day 66 - she's doing great. Still staying super light on the nutes and I think she's getting hungry. Will add some nutes next watering. She's super thirsty too, every 3 days I have to water her and she even starts drooping then already. But the day before the soil is still moist so it just is what it is. She seems to be holding up great though and is bulking up nicely. I did some leaf tucking and after these pics I also trimmed off a few of the dying leaves, but only a few. Trying to not defoliate or anything with this run, see how she ends up. The training worked well though cuz I definitely have two main colas instead of one. And plenty of light going to a bunch of other bud sites too. Getting really frosty too!
3/31 - Day 71 -bulking up nicely now. Super thirsty still. Getting real pungent too. Can't wait to see the end product with this girl, she's so sparkly already.
4/10 - Day 81 - Noooo! Getting those weird rust spots on a few buds again, just like my last harvest! :(. Not sure what is causing it. At least it didn't affect the smoke of my last batch. I'm going to try to reintroduce the trio to help balance out the PH, and she still seems further away than I initially thought. Besides those spots though she's doing great. Really pungent and sticky.
4/21 - Day 92 - seems like the weird rust spots haven't spread much which is good. Bulking up ok but seems to be nearing her end as she hasn't changed much over the last few days. Lots of cloudy trichomes but no amber yet. However, I still plan to chop her soon. Probably one more watering and then chop. All of my grows so far tend to be very couch-locky, and I wonder if it's because I wait too long to harvest. So I'll try getting this one early.
