EC 1.0 is too much. Try 0.4-0.6 and go higher if you see need for it after few days.
Also in rockwool cubes, aim for a pH of 5.8-6.2.

After over feeding the seedlings, things are starting to pick up. I moved the light up as some of the leaves had started curling a little. The ligtht is about 75% at the mo.
