Years ago in my crop, the same thing happened to me with the air. But I was lucky enough that it only affected half the plant.
About the male flowers, what strain did they appear in? Maybe it could have been climate stress.

95 out and they are still doing ok? Its hitting 90's here in the OC now and I'm protecting my plants by giving a foliar feed each morning with kelp for stress and aloe vera in the water to help with uptake. I've positioned a large patio umbrella over them for shade mid-day. Last time temps went over 95 it nearly killed off my entire grow. I brought them all in for a couple days to cool out and recover. Seem to be doing fine so far... check my diary ... Gdub51
