I planted the seed in some coconut soil and after only 3 days the first leaves appeared.
After 2 days I planted it in the Plagron Batmix soil with some light mix on top. I also used a plastic dome.
The weather was way worse this week. Huge temp drop, lots of rain and less sunlight.
I used the plastic dome again to protect it as much as possible.
Still the plant has grown a lot and reached about 15 cm so now it's time for the first LST.
I hope this goes well. I have no experience in this.
I used some coated metal wire to pin down the plant straight into the soil.
Now let's hope for some better weather...
The weather turned out good this week. I continued the LST. The plant responds ok to the training I think.
I hope I'm doing ok since it's my first time with LST.
Pointers are always welcome.
We grow on...
Great weather this week. I did a little LST but not too much. I don't want to overstress the plant since we're at the beginning of the flowering process.
I also started to use Plagron Alga Bloom. Next week will be tropical so let's see how it goes...
This week started with very hot weather (30 degrees Celsius) and ended with much rain and wind. Still the plant grew a lot and is developing some nice buds. I'm hoping for less rain next week so I can feed it more flowering nutrients. The plant is looking very bushy so we're getting excited over here...
Cloudy weather this week. The buds are growing nicely and the smell is getting stronger. I'm thinking about cutting some leaves to maximize the sun exposure but I'm not really sure that's a good idea. Tips and tricks are still welcome. We grow on!
Again better weather this week. The buds are yielding nicely. The smell is still not very intense but it's improving. No more nutrients so we will probably see some fading of the leaves from now on. I'm getting impressed by this strain. Let's see how this plays out...
Some good days and some rainy ones we had last week. The buds are still swelling and developping lots of trichomes. We also see some fading of the leaves. I'm confident this autoflower will pay off nicely. Let's find out soon...
I chopped the plant on day 82 because I discovered a little spot of botrytis. I hang dried the branches for 10 days and then jarred the buds with a boveda pack. I cured for a week now and the buds are at 64% humidity. The result is about 58 gr. The taste is good. You really feel the high thc level.
Update: after 3 more weeks of curing the taste and smell is superb!!
