Red Poison at day 7 had a light green color and yellow veins on the leaves. The tips of the new leaves are twisted and have bumps. At 10 days was watering Red Poison with Superthrive 1ml per 1l. But after 2 days, nothing has changed. Ph of runoff 6.4.

Looks like a mild nutrient defeciency. Up your base nutrients and add some cal mag every other week to the feed. Led lights especially if they're very intense can cause the plant to use more magnesium and calcium and leaving the leaves brown and spotty 🌱👍this should fix it
Which EC of water should be for organic soil? I checked a lot of sites and there is information only for hydro or coco...
My tapwater is 0.4 EC ... Is it ok? Or I should add cal-mag every time to increase it?

Hey ppm or ec is only important when you feed mineral nutrients,if you feed organic nutrients ec or ppm is not important because there is none in organic nutrients,you feed the microbial and bacterial life in your soil so they can feed your plant

You measure the electrical conductivity of the water..the more minerals and salts,the higher the ppm or ec..
An 0.4 ec or in ppm 250
Is a great ppm or ec to start with,your ec reading will be pretty spot on..
My tabwater is at ec 0.9
The only thing here is when you mix in nutrients tot let’s say ec 1.2 you have .8 ec nutrients
So I have to go to a ec of 1.7 to get to the same nutrients level as your tabwater

From your diary my guess is some light burn stress from the way your leaves are curling.. Wasn't seeing any yellowing in the diary thou. but there's no pic attached to the question sorry I can't help more!
Your soil sounds like it might be too hot with nutes If your runoff is way higher than what's going in... Give her a flush and plain water until she corrects herself. 🌱👍Could be too close to the light as well.

On the last photo you can see cannabinoids test. The left line is a concentrate from Sweet Nurse. The middle line is Red Posion. The right line is Sweet Nurse. As you can see, Sweet Nurse CBD has a 1: 2 CBD: THC ratio just as genetically stated.
Sweet Nurse looks like she's a very intense green. Beware of excess nitrogen, the intense green color is a symptom.

I think I might have a little bit of excess nutrients. The leaves are very dark and they're crumpling.
I would personally do the next watering with abundant water to clean the roots and move the salts.
