I am having a problem with slow growing, not really sure why, I suspect this is related to over watering, this is Day 19. Anyone suspect there could be other reason?
Your medium is pretty drenched for such a small plant.. She only needs say 3 - 4 shot glasses of water right at her stem to help force her taproot to grow down instead of out.. But regardless of that point she's about the right size maybe a bit small because she's not growing in optimal conditions.. Just get things dialed in and she will blow up in no time..
