Welcome to my second grow of the Do-si-dos strain. This girl was veg'd for 14 week in a small pot while my first grow of this strain is in the flowering room. She didn't gain much more in size, despite the extra veg time, probably due to lower levels of nutes and the smaller pot size. Still she's looking good after moving her to the big pot and giving her a trim.
Thanks for checking out my grows!
Start of week 15. A little defoliation and LST training on a few branches. The grow medium has not dried out enough since last week's repotting, so no feeding at this time.
Update 6/15, moved to flowering room and 12/12 light.
Start of flowering week 1. This girl is already bigger then her round 1 sister and she's starting to stretch after just a few days of 12/12 light. The only nutrient difference this grow, will be the addition of sensizym, hopefully it helps pack on a few more grams per plant.
Start of week 2 flowering. This girl is hungrier than her round 1 sister. Probably because of the extra veg time, she has developed more root and plant mass that needs more nutrients. The plant itself is growing nicely, stretching and getting busier.
Start of week 3 of flowering. This Do-si-dos girl is hungry! She's now up to 6 liters per feeding. Bud sites are developing nicely, added B52 to the feed this week.
Start of week 4. Do-si-dos is growing nicely, lots of bud sites developing. Did a heavy defoliation on this girl today. Until next week, happy growing everyone!
Do-si-dos week 5! This lady is growing along just fine, no concerns with what I see, bud sites are developing nicely and she's got a nice smell and stickyness to her.
Bonus pic of all the ladies under their LED light.
Here we go with do-si-dos on week 6. She's seems to be the least nutrient hungry of the group, minimal signs of deficiency. Very impressed with the growth of this girl and the snowy crystals that are forming on the leaves and buds.
Week 7 of 9 for Do-si-dos, this strain is running 1 week longer than the others. Overall she's the least nutrient hungry of the group and shows the least amount of deficiency. Still, I fed her and extra liter last week.
August 1 - added close up pictures.
Week 8 of 9 for Do-si-dos! This girl is also appreciating the extra feeding even though she shows the least amount of deficiency. Not much else to say about this girl, this week.
Final week of feeding nutes before flushing. The buds on this girl have really started to swell during the last week and I hope it continues through this last week of feeding.
Thanks for looking! 👽🌳
Flushing begins for Do-si-dos. Her buds are swollen AF and she's got a strong fuel, industrial smell. Not much else to say about this girl. Thanks for checking out my grow 👽🌳
Harvest time for Do-si-dos round 2. The last 2 weeks of flowering and the week of flushing, lead to make growth in the size, density and weight of the buds. This plant has just blown my mind, compared to round 1.
Will update in 7-14 days with dry weight and smoke test.
Sept 8 - dry weight came in at 170 (minus about 5 grams) for smoke test. Very impressed with the final weight, bud quality, density and the unbelievably smooth smoke, that this Do-si-dos plant produced during round 2. I get so high off of one joint, I forget I even smoked one! This girl is definitely a keeper strain in my garden!
