Growth is very slow but steady on the flowers at this phase hardly noticeable from one day to the next but perhaps more so between weeks. Pistils are still primarily white, small signs of starting to darken, and trichomes on transparent, cloudy side. I’d read that WW take a bit longer so not holding my breath for a harvest before the next three weeks. I want them mature and am looking for calming effects not all speedy like my prematurely harvested first Widow grow. One nutrient watering this week and it looks like they could handle upping it a wee bit for this next week maybe the last one before a flush. I want them to get the maximum they need without jeopardizing their good health. Humidity is down to 45 much better than the previous week as high as 55. No more defoliation possible at this point. Each branch has its own healthy fan leaf for armor and to monitor overall plant health. Not touching those! Another satisfying week, changes much more subtle. A pleasure to watch plants mature and ripen in this way. Thank you for reading!

Hi experts, 10 weeks in planning major harvest, took a few stems, all cloudy and leaving majority to allow full development to amber. Issue is in photo - is this bud rot??? Thought it was the remains of dried leaves at base. Thank you!

Budrot is hard to discover in the beginning, the plantmertial changes and gets softer, and brown, and it smells... if you open up the bud you will see it more clear........ from your Pictures its hard to tell if those buds are rotting I let you alink to better pictures If you have budrot.... no darkness for the ladies and aquick harvest, because rotting is very fast and it goes on during curing the buds So i you can confirm rot... cut the rotting bud and throw it away no keeping of parts of the bud........ it continues So iam hoping your Buds are fine... and here is the link https://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-plant-problems/bud-rot

@Xspellsx,thanks so much! I do feel like a proud parent. Still a few weeks looking like. Thing is that I just replaced my tent and stocked on soil so am probably a whole grow cycle away from trying hydro.

Looking great! 42cm (I.e. 420 mm) seems a logical distance to me! “Variety is the spice of life”, according to some dude from the 1800s - it’s good to work with the different phenotypes at the same time, especially when started at the same time, it helps you dial into those final adjustments you may have overlooked before. Good luck in the final straight, stay safe, stay lit 🔥 😬🌈

@Tripledrop, thank you! That was really encouraging to hear. That’s exactly how it’s working out - tweaking things here and there. Appreciated! Stay lit too!!!

First singns of rotting Buds are wilting small leaves into the bud ( sugarleaves) and if you put them away you see more. Open the buds to look for brown grey .. Plantmass
