Defoliated the 3 plants and they bounced straight back in 3 days. Had to remove more but didn't want to take too much off as ill be flipping over in the new few days after the girls recovers.

Defoliation is a good idea, regardless on your training method. It will improve air flow through plant and increase light intensity to lower parts. It can also increase yield as the nutrients are not being used to maintain pointless fan leaves. You only need to remove fan leaves. Take too much and photosynthesis will slow right down and affect your end result

Buds are tiny not fattening at week 6. I also have lots of popcorn nugs. Being first growth not sure to remove them or keep them at this late in flowering (week 6), might stress the girls out or might even help fattening buds? Should i clean up the leaves as well?

The buds fatten quite a bit in late flower. Personally I keep the popcorn nugs and throw em in my trim pile for butter making. Happy growing.

About your biggest bud, did you try defoliate remove the bits growing on the bottom of the plant that would help a bit getting big and dense buds, just saying because Im trying compare and learn at same time as I got the white og too, I'm saving 5 seeds for my next grow which i plan to do a better 1 hopefully you too 👍👍👌

12 oz is really good for that tent congrats on your harvest. Pretty good for being your first grow. The buds look really frosty and delicious. I have the same tent and light hoping to get 8oz. You should look up how to use the mainlining technique for the next run. I'm going to do it and aim for 1 pound.
