Lots of lights.. My plan.. One plant.. Extra lights see what she yields.. 4 week veg. I think I don't really know it's not really my decision.
I started on water when I saw the little new leaves coming up around day 3 I think... I added very light amounts.. I have no idea how old she is roughly 4-5-6-7 days lol... It's been really bad diving head into this and talking. Reconcile was one of the first steps.... I reconciled my relationship to my Gardens. I'm a bit off so anyway what I started to understand with my ladies was MY will or my extra effort means nothing to them... They have their own will to grow and live. Me forcing my will on them doesn't allow them the opportunity to grow... That's not saying you should do what I do... It's me saying I found a relationship with my Cannabis plants that I never really understood was even there... I am only their caretaker or parameter provider... They show me what they need and how they are feeling. So I give them that and I don't force my will. Very profound understanding of what that means to me. My will means nothing. The You that is in you is also the you that is indeed in me, There is no other only noise and nonsense.. WE ARE ALL ONE. Even people I can't understand... Free_Hongkong I understand you, your attitude is only a reminder of what I was in the past... Trying way to hard... I hated you for reminding me of my own failures and misgivings... No longer.. There is no peace in disagreement.. And there is no peace in Misunderstandings, posturing and Egocentric behavior. This is one perspective or one idea... It's not wrong or right or anything.. It's just different from what you may be doing 😁 If you wanna talk about... You got to deal with a bit on my crazy explanations. Grew So fast needed to move the light 8" inches. Anyway the Romulan looks great. Plant is just storming along, might go another week or two on veg. Not really decided yet, see if she settles down a bit. LST and defoliation only.

So another week of stellar growing. 1 day I decided to increase the intensity of the light by upping the dimmer to 100%. The 400 watt light lol was at like 14" when the dimmer was cranked to 100%, Stupid lol :), I kind of wanted to see what would happen as well lol. And the plant didn't like it and told me I was doing something stupid lol. What happened is not actually "burning". The led put out so much light that the plant needed to dramatically increase transportation( 8 liters in 1 day) to make use of the light... Because the roots could not keep up with foliage, it causes damage... What does this "light" damage look like?... Well take a look yourself.. Presents like 3 symptoms nitro, magnesium and calcium deficiencies but it is not... Do you understand :) ?

Anyway 100% on the 480 watt panel and turned on the 200 watt panel also UVB for potency. Let's see what one plant will yield. Decided to do one more week of veg, push the yield higher. The Romulan plant is an exceptionally resilient and hardy growing Indica... The plant looks like a ball.. Near Zero Defoliation and some lst only a few top canopy leaves to allow more light lower.

Last day of veg... Got to slow down a bit on this growing stuff... too many plants too look after at one time.. I mean it's okay but just gonna slow down a bit is all lol.. First week perks a big ole 4 gram chunk of Blonde Hash and some beautiful Kush cross... I mean this is fucking fantastic.. I love my job.. I'm not very good at my job... But hell yea I love my job. I would love to help you grow Fat buds... But you are gonna have to "listen"... I mean Shhhh it's a secret :) ha ha ha... 1/2 pound on this plant.. Maybe more? Ohh the possibilities are exciting. I lollipopped.. Yup I did it.. My boss basically convinced me too give it a shot for a few grows see if we get some good numbers... Point being we already have a baseline with Environment... Let's see what happens with Defoliation.. Lst and Lollipopping... OHHHH this is fun.... Like a lot of fun.. there is some work but it's like STUPID simple work... soo easy. Iv'e done many a things that are much harder then this...
Chugga Chugga along.. 2.15 weeks into flower.. a day late I think.. Sorry I got high :)... A lot busier these days. Not a lot of stretch indica dominant. Fulfilling job I get to help sell stuff that helps others grow... And I can't wait to be more involved and get to know more members of the community.. Very excited to be a part of my work any way.. Added some Co2 right? of course.. like feeding co2 is a no brainer with the amount of light.. So we will see if we can really get some mass here.. We have buds.. *Side note* Transpiration is dramatic because of high temps.. Plant is healthy because of hydroponics period no other medium would be able to give her the water she needs short of the grower watering 2-3 times a day at the right times.. Water being the key words here not nurients.. I have given this plant approximately 8 Gallons of water to a 3 gallon tank. 95% of the water she intakes is used for transpiration the other is used for life function.
Fungus Gnats!?!?!?! lol no big deal really.. not enough sanitation between the autoflower and this Lady.. Good lesson h2o2 will be used.. Stuff will die. The shape/condition of the reservoir is not the best and doesn't really lend itself to a strong secure container.. Plant will soldier on and produce. So Green Planet Nutrients are affordable and world class in my opinion... Outstanding clarity and very upfront. MSDS available for all Green Planet products on their website.. Do you know how many others Iv'e seen do this? no one else. Grow with a more intelligent and thoughtful approach. grow with Green Planet. *EDIT NOTE* They are not gnats.. They are spring tails.. Me and the guy at the hydro store figured it out :) ha ha ha.. Cool job. Anyway they are harmless to the plant and everything is A-okay other then not entirely sure where they came from...
Rates of transportation and intake are dramatic.. The plant is getting bigger every day.. The dense feeding seemed to put her in a bit of a deficient state might have done it a bit too early. Healthy foliage mostly really not slowing her down in anyway.. Leaves are great for buffers and indicators. I saw some iron deficiency coupled with some nitrogen deficiency as well.. But the buds seem unaffected. Time will tell how she turns out.. But she is looking great 4-5 weeks to grow and bulk OH yes and the fungus gnats were spring tails(harmless) and I added the filter thing to clean them out.. Easy and clean... No harsh anything.. Anyway that's the way the cookie crumbles..
The container is horrendous.. I mucked up so bad.. I do not recommend you do the whole container thing like me.. It was a bad idea ha ha ha. Didn't work well in practice at all. I got me some net pots and other plants are all doing exceptionally well. just such a damn shame she is going this way.. she will hopefully turn around. I will try.. I won't give up just yet. just absolutely rootbound to a degree I didn't think was possible in this type of hydroponics....
She is flipping around... Yay very pleased I was able to recuperate her.. Yield has been reduced for sure. I took out the other 200 watt quantum board to reduce transportation and slow her down a little, she was heading south fast... I mean she is bulking now but she is never gonna look as good as she did before... It is what it is.... Great Weed?... Time will tell... Time is fun... Bulking is slowing now.... Looking okay.. Not amazing.. wish they were bigger... All is well that ends well.. Just happy I managed to flip her around and she is still gonna produce... Would have been a shame to lose her... Smells great.. Buds look great.. Plant is in rough shape... It happens.. Keep on growing! And Learning :).
Very much a "Romulan".. unique enough to be something special definitely a finer Indica.. Not a quad but definitely a respectable triple A.. Very well done by the breeder Very pleased I got the opportunity to put a little Trek into my grow.
Not the biggest nugs.. Or the fattest yield. It would've could've been more. So are we pleased? yes.. I mean it justifies the cost of electricity but the ultimate yield was definitely hurt by the root bound happening.. She was hoppling along and I got tired of watching her limp along.. Good lesson.. Will be using different containers and the new bigger better tent is in. So we can improve.. We can do better.. Next grow... Dont let others opinion and bullshit attitude effect u brother. The closer u get with the cannabis plant the more u realize how simple their needs can be. Over pampering ur ladies with love is worse than showing little to no love at all. U need to find balance. See that's what this world is about. Everything has its balance... u got ur super nice and friendly people, the crude rude pricks ...but without both there is no balance. Sometimes u need to get the bad to realise how much u like the good. You know the saying u never really know what u got until it's gone. Without the bad the good is never even thought about. Everyone has their place in our community here on GD u just gotta seive through the bullshit to find the gold my friend. Happy growing and stay lit fam.
@Frosty905budz, Dude Love reading this.. Green Planet is just a much lighter and much more cost affordable nutrients. But use it lightly as well. And also it works better in my opinion :).
