Week 9 - Flowering Week 5 Day 57 - Leaf tuck and 50/50 molasses misting (carbonated/still water) Day 58 - Nutes upped for move into week 3 of flowering / Plants rotated in tent. / LST Resumed on Plant 1 to keep long bud stems under control NOTE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN Plant 1 & 2. Why is this plant growing/flowering this way? Is it caused by the stem snap? Day 59 - Brown spots noticed on a number of leafs on both plants. May be mold due to high humidity in the tent in the mornings or simply droplet staining due to too much molasses in the misting water? Day 60 - Spots recognised as just molasses residue. Day 61 - Nutrient burn recognised, will switch to pH'd water only for a few feeds. Day 62 - Plant 1 buds knotted together to encourage clotting together of the smaller buds. Misted with carbonated water. Day 63 - Both plants watered with pH'd Water only, 500ml per plant. Misted with carbonated water. Will remove all non organic feed going forward. Both Doff products to be remove from nut feed and research quantity of molasses being used.

Can anyone tell me why the bud sites have grown these elongated thin stems on one plant and not the other? Also noticed it has much less foliage. Maybe it's down to the main stem snap in week 3/4?

If everything was the same with both plants. (Strain, feeding, soil, light) then chances are it was stunned when it broke . She's probably been stunned when broke and is a week or two behind the other.

Thanks guys, must be the break as it flowered early too... I also noticed some brown spots on both plants, some leafs . Worried it's mold but it wipes off with moisture and I've been misting with molasses water. Staining from too much molasses in the mister maybe?

probably just dried up molasses. have a cause to foliar spray, otherwise you are inviting more problems than it helps. in extreme case appling minerals to leaves may or may not help more immediately with problems... imapcting transpiration and creating an environment ripe for microbial growth in the meantime.

Week 10 - Flowering Week 6 Day 64 - Plant 1 still showing long white pistils and some orange pistils, still 10cm above plant 2. Tallest points now approximately 30cm. Plant 2 now showing a lot of orange pistils and trichomes starting to look milky. Still at 20cm tall. Time to flush this one? Day 65 - Flushing done on both plants with regular tap water. Day 66 - Been brought to my attention that plant 1 seems to be re-vegging which is causing the tiny buds and stretched stems. Top 2cm taken from each bud stem, will repeat for the coming days to get the lower buds to fatten up. Will provide basic nutes for a couple of days and resume flushing in 5-7 days. / Plant 2 flushed again. Day 67 - Plant 1 Fed with Nutes 400mm (1ml Fish Mix, 2ml Top Max, 2ml Bloom) / Plant 2 flushed again - Both plants moved into new, taller tent (no change to environment) Day 68 - Top node clipped off Plant 1; Small amount of Acetone Hash made from clippings. Day 69 - Plant 2 Flushed with Water / Plant 1 returned to normal flowering feed (1ml/L Biobizz Grow, 1ml/L Fish Mix, 4ml/L Top Max, 4ml/L Bloom, 5ml/L Bio-Heaven, 5ml/L Activera, 5ml/L Molasses

A bit late I know but just wanna confirm I've done the right thing flushing now? Gave up on fattening up plant 1's buds, the stem break has had clear lasting effects. Despite both being rootbound, plant 2 looks healthy. Thoughts anyone (apologies for the image quality)?

Definitely flushing was on point fam! Good call. Enjoy your harvest. Looks like u were feeding too much nitrogen during the flowering period so make it a good solid flush.

Anyone know why I can't edit my grow diary the past few days or why the profile pics (within all of the grow diaries) and all of the images in all grow diaries are greyed out?

Hello In my time here grow diaries has had many glitches and fixed many things. If you ever submit a diary for a contest that will lock you out of editing it. But other things the best thing to do is message GD directly with the problem so they can fix it.✌️

** Week 12; Harvest ** Day 77 - Trichomes look good, ready to harvest... Plants removed from pot and as expected were badly rootbound, but I wanted to keep the plants small in the little tent for my first grow, so the LST worked well with the smaller pots to achieve this! Washed out the soil from the roots and then pulled of the outer roots off to work with plants. Plant 1 - Did the first trim and got rid of the fan leafs and put them to one side then moved on to the second trim. Nice amout of frosting on the trim and some nice looking buds; might have gone a bit over the top on the trimming though. The main bud was particularly big for such a small plant. Hung on clothes hanger in cardboard box in the ceiling of the tent with ocillating fan pointing at opening in the base. Added the trim to a jar to make acetone hash. Plant 2 - This deformed plant will be imposible to trim, got rid of the fan leafs first but the there was so many small buds and lots of long thin stems growing from the main stems so I just stripped all of the buds and little bud leafs by hand, grabbing at the base and pulling downward, turns out there was a lot of seed pods with baby seeds in the buds that were pulled off, so it looked like this plant was a hermaphrodite... Too awkward to dry this stuff so all of it went into a jar to make the acetone hash. Ended up with a nice blob of oily hash, will give that a few days to cure. If the little lump I made from the earlier toppings (which I mixed with a little baggie of kief) was anything to go by, then this resin should be a lovely smoke and a nice mellow daytime high. Smoke report on that to follow. UPDATES TO FOLLOW DURING DRYING & CURING... Day 81 - Temperature in tent not suitable. Drying hanger moved to wardrobe/cupboard with occislating fan. Temp. 20.5 deg Celcius / Humidity 50%. Smoke Report on Resin - Resin has now sufficiently cured. Very nice smoke. Mild and Functional. Perfect afternoon smoke if you need to be alert but want that mellowed relaxation. Very sticky. Hard to roll in a joint. Better for using in pipe/bong. Day 83 - Smoke report on bud; Sample bud taken from drying hanger. Can taste the bud improving, nice mellow relaxed CBD high with just the right amount of THC to leave you feeling functional but relaxed... Looking forward to sampling the cured bud. Day 84 - Drying finished. Dried buds trimmed and put into mason jars to cure. Final weight for the 2 plants 7.5g Dry Bud & 1.5g Resin - Defintely a smell of cheese at the moment, a little bit herby/earthy at the moment. UPDATE Day 108; The resin got even better as it cured. A week after harvesting it was a very nice smooth smoke with a mellow high and the resin ended up a nice oily yellowish brown... After 3 weeks of curing the dry bud, I've had my first proper smoke test. It's not too strong a head high but if your mind and body is not occupied it can turn to couch lock. Perfect night time smoke though, puts you to sleep if that's what you're after and definitely does have pain relief properties. The bud has an wood bark and chees smell with hints of orange in the jar and although the smoke is not overly flavourful you can still get that cheesy taste. It's definitely distinct from a full on sativa and the indica with a bit of ruderalis in the plant seems more dominant. Last seed is in early veg now but I wouldn't really go for this strain because I'm looking for an up and at em daytime smoke, it's more for chilling out but want to stay mentally clear. If you want an energetic functional high with pain releiving CBD properties I'd go for a more sativa dominant strain.
