Can anyone advise me on nutrients? Its the one thing I am struggling with. I have settled to use the nutrient guide in the image, is that a good guide to follow? I also have some Liquid Silicone, when should I start adding that in?

I would give half of what the chart says. I would keep the ph at 5.8 for hydro. If you want to use Liquid Silicone I would try it around week 4.

Insanity The plant seems very healthy and happy. Leaves have a beautiful tint of green and the stem looks strong. It seems to be growing but not rising in height, just growing leaves outwards, looks good though
