hey mate do you have the option to put your ladies right into the ground? without any pot?
you can check out my grow, I've done it this way and haven't had any better growing outdoor plants yet (however, the Super Silver Haze is on my spot is also dank!)
not sure if thats just a feeling, but I do think the Frisian Dew needs as much space as possible to really blow up and show her full potential!
