Day 79: Buds have stopped growing for a couple of days or so, they did push quite a lot over the past 2 weeks. Could be the Overdrive or could just be its natural progress, couldn’t quite say. Trichomes are now ~90% cloudy white/10% amber so it’s about the time :) I won’t be flushing since I’ve come up to some interesting facts about people preferring the unflushed buds during the blind tests.
DAY 81: CHOP CHOP CHOP CHOP DAY 💚
Drying conditions will be ~23C degrees and ~55%Rh, AC will be running 20/24h. Gonna leave the small leaves on the branches for drying, as I want the drying process to be slower.
Will come back in about a week with the harvest results.
Happy growing, cheers brothers ✌️🏼
Any suggestions on the yellowing first leaves issue #Day19? Is that a Cal or Mag def ?
Been watering with tap water left for 24h. Would RO water be better ? Does feeding with RO water on the entire life cycle involve to add more nuts ? I currently have only AN micro/grow/bloom.Tx
Good morning
I think it's a bit early to tell for sure. Don't trust those bottom single finger leaves, they usually die off eventually similar to the cotyledons. The top of the plant looks healthy. But i have come to believe in adding a calmag supplement into all of my grows...i used to have a lot of problems before i started using it. So here in the next couple weeks i would pick up the fox farm calmag and start using .25-1tsp per gallon.
Any tips on improving my LST on autoflowers?
Should I also use bamboo sticks? What is their actual purpose? Can you hurt the roots when sticking one in the soil ?
I did a lot of research about LST and came up to this pic. How to you build that spiral ? Should that be a goal?
Thxx
It's an interesting pattern but unnecessary. Just bending it to create more tops will help. If you have the time start looping it around the edge of the pot. Sticks are fine just try not to stab it into the root ball. Happy Growing! ✌️
Signs of some sort of def or light burn? My full-spectrum COBs and bulbs are putting down ~22.000lux at the canopy, is that too much at this stage? Autoflower Green Gelato Day 24
Can’t think of any other problem besides the lights...
Nothing like burn at all, that seems like over growing or canoeing, it's just leaves growing faster than expected and getting deformed, but fast grow without any kind of deficiency of issues is a good thing in my book!
Have these strange leaf formation on some of her blades, looks liker the main vein has somehow outgrow/stretch, with no actual green stuff around lol. Several leaves have this. Combined with a slightly general canoeing, could it be from a nitrogen tox ? Growing good though
Cheers
Early signs of a deficiency happening.
Also, when a leaf curls or twists, it means your ph is off.
Once your ph is off, certain nutrients will get locked out, giving you more deficiencies.
When the edges of your leaves roll up and your leaves are "tacoing" that means its too hot. Move your light higher or introduce cooler air into your grow. Or get more fans blowing. A fan blowing can reduce temps in that spot up to 25F!!! Insane
Hi y’all!
Is this preflower or actual start of flowering? Should I start giving her flower nutes or when should that happen? I got Bud Candy and Big Bud for the flowering, and Overdrive for the final push.
Srry for the dumb question, 1st grow here =D
Thanks ✌️🏼
Overdrive is normally for the last weeks of flowering, let's say about the 3 last weeks.
Big bud and bud candy you can start using it and increase the dose slowly, i think you could have start earlier, as the plant started flowering before you can ''see'' it.
Keep in mind that using these products you will have to flush hard with water only before harvesting.
Happy growing bro and good luck ! Bud candy are mostly sugar so be careful with the use as it will feed the good and the bad bacteria too.
It is getting closer to the end, and I could really use some help on when to start flushing, considering I will be flushing the soil for a week.
I can’t tell whether the trichomes are transparent or milky, no experience here. Just know I’d prefer an 70-30 clear high vs couchlock
in my experience you want cloudy mostly with few amber and basically no clear you need a jewelers loop to see them better. as is though i would say you could go one more week
@@occultgreen420, well that’s a big thank you brother! I did feel proud of myself after the final results, but having these reactions from you guys is muuuch better 💚Indeed the harvest blowed up my expectations, so did Mary as she streched and streched during the final weeks and at some point it felt like she won’t stop growing lol
This was fun and the smoke is absolutely great 🍻
Just read your harvest report and enjoyed it immensely. It's always a genuine pleasure to read results posted by a happy grower in love with their plant. Excellent detail in your closing comments; exactly the level of information that new growers would appreciate. Also, great final photo record..really punctuated the narrative. First rate effort.
Take Care.
@AuldKelt, many many thanks mate! Feels good to see people appreciate the hard work I’ve put in growing Mary. It was VERY fun and I’d do it over and over again if I was living..well, not in this country lol :)
Happy growing bro!🍻
@@Resin_Randy, thank you bro! Indeed all that hard lst sure did to make a difference. If I’ll ever have the chance to grow again, I will just add some topping to the lst.
Cheers
@GanjaTorturer, thanks mate! Unfortunately it is highly intolerated in my country, this grow is more of a curiosity and love for ganja. Amazing plant, love it.
Cheers ✌️🏼
I saw a question about suspicious looking flowers.... i cant tell you whether or not they are good, only that mine look exactly like yours do. Everyone's telling me its ok, but some of my pistils changed color now. Good luck, im following just in case :)
hey man! thanks for answering my question, im answering here cuz I dont know how to there. I lost 9-10 days fimming. I won't do it again, I got 3 stems coming up. so I will see the results and share them. I probably got 1 extra week of veg. keep you posted. stick to lst, defoliation, seems to be the best and safest bet. im using this grow as my test and learning run. enjoy your grow!!
