My guess is your overwatring it atm.. The medium looks drenched.. Give it a nice wet / dry cycle. I usually water every 2-3 days depending. Hope this helps friend! 👊

if you look super closely at the black spots, are they from bugs or from soil on the leaf? The burnt tip can be from a few things. If the tip gets too cold or damaged it can die off like that. Generally nutrient burn will show on the whole leaf so I dont think it is that. Is it only on this leaf? how does the rest of the plant look. if the rest of the plant is looking fine and healthy then it is probably nothing to worry about.

Buddy, your girl is infected by mites. Act quickly to remove them. Marseille soap solution or nettle macerated or pyrethroids. Cheers

I see small white bags in the soil, so I put neem oil. Today the leaves are worse.

I agree with Bloombuster,, it might look worse a day or two after treatment... Reason is if the pest attacks a leaf today,, the damage done to that leaf will only be visible by tomorrow or the day after unless, for example: if you have a caterpillar eating away at your leaf the damage is instantly visible but the yellowing around the dying edges of the holes eaten out by a caterpillar will only show up later as the plant starts the recovery process and accepts that that part of the leaf has died off... So just keep treating them as instructed and best of luck man!😁 Let us know if it keeps getting worse! Goodluck!!

Привет, бро! Паразиты не отступают от одного или двух применений средств борьбы. Потерпи немного, бро, может понадобиться от 3 до 10 дней пока погибнут паразиты, продолжай бороться с ними! ✊ Удачи, бро! 👌😇👍

The bugs are only in the soil, not on the leaves, so how can I fight them? They are very small, grey and jump.

I think those are fugnus gnats they are annoying af. A good thing to do before you see those little things, to avoid them is to try and getting your soil watered when it's really dry, try not watering too often. Now I think all you can do if you are indoors is puting neem oil on it. Do not do that outdoor as it is really bad for bees and bumblebees. Fugnus gnats actually lay larvae in the soil and those larvaes are what are going to damage your plants by eating their roots, the damage they do if you don't have an infestation will not be that bad but they can infect the plants with pathogens by doing a wound in the root

The slow growth is due to the fact that the roots are not developing properly. If you've seen 'worms' in the substrate, you may have a plague like thrips. This is also a possible reason why you have such slow development in your plant. Sweet smokes, -Apolo
