Day 57
17 Aug 20: Reamended medium as I started noticing increased growth. Light cycle is supportive of flower. Closer inspection showed pre flower on both plants. Plants got 50/50 of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 at 1 tbsp/Gal top dressed in, loots root growth at the soil surface. Added in rock phosphate (Bat Guano) and glacial rock dust (micro nutrients/minerals). Always loved to throw in Bloom microbes from NPK industries and Dynomyco Mycorrhiza So the nutrients get converted to food for the roots asap. Ratios aren’t exact based on a bulk batch mixed.
Was doing some minor défoliations and cleaning off sucker growth. Accidentally ripped off one of the main fruity hoops tops (1/4).
Day 59
19 Aug 20: watered plants with 1 Gal of tap water ph 6.8, plants were looking sad this morning even after two storms of heavy rainfall.
@@Travazaurus, Gia products are great, here in the USA it is very hard to get that line if I want to buy the 2 Kilo of 4-4-4 it is $30 US which is not bad but another $36 in shipping (Too Much), I will be using a Super Coco Coir recipe on a few of my next grows, using a combination of products, from Build A Soil and Orgnicly Done along with Insect Frass and Worm Castings, I should only have to use water and top-dress 1 time about week 4/5 I still prefer soil for the photos but love exchanging information like this!
@MrJones, 3tbsp/Gallon for mixing soil and then 1 tbsp/Gal to top dress as per label instructions. I’m using mostly Gaia Green products I’ve moved up to 10kg bags. I just added their water soluble seaweed extract and am a big fan of their glacial rock dust for micro nutrients. Typically do Work compost teas but I’m not physically able to with a broken leg this summer. They always get topped up with microbes as well (NPK Industries or Dynamico)
@Cords, I bought mine through Ontario Cannabis Store. The breeder is 34 Street Seed Co. they are usually regularly stocked across Canada in Government cannabis stores/dealers.
These outside grows are just making me crazy that I have to wait several months to give it go!
Moving along nicely My Friend!Great Progress with your Garden!
