Strawberry Pie. Another heavy hitter with high THC levels.
Excited to run this strain and see what the end result will be!
First week is water only with some beneficial bacteria at PH 6.5.
Other than that the first days are a waiting game for the roots to develop.
I will update you guys in week 2, stay tuned 🙏
Week 2 is here and the roots as well, already shooting through the small growing bag that I start these in 👆
Its good to see the roots growing and looking healthy, still feeding Endoboost Mycorrhizae PH at 6.5.
Starting to add foliar feeding to the schedule with Greenhouse Feeding Enhancer, which I also add to the feeding schedule for the soil.
Week 3 and the Strawberry grew into a solid little autoflower plant just in a few days, the root network increased in size a lot as well.
This is the point where autos start to really grow because the roots are starting to have a solid size.
Feeding includes a bit of Fish mix as well now, adding this to the Endoboost Hydro at PH 6.5.
Let the training begin, as you can see in the new home :)
I re potted the Strawberries into their final pots, 7 liter fabric pots and a planter bag around 8-10 liters.
The plants should stay small and be easy to move around for photos etc so the goal of this run is looks not harvest,
but even so 7 liters are ok for a nice sized autoflower, no problems at all 👌
The plants now sit in a new mix of soil that includes the Bio Bloom dry fertilizer from Greenhouse Feeding.
This allows me to only feed water and some microbes while the rest of the food is ready available in the soil in organic form.
I started basic LST (Low Stress Training Video: https://youtu.be/JYjkzg5c91s ) to get the plant in shape and start making multiple tops,
in this case i'm just going with a slight lean.
I also pull down the side branches and guide them the way I want to shape them.
Week 5 and the training starts to shape the plant, the lower branches are catching up to the top and the plant starts to be more balanced.
Feeding is water at a PH of 6.5 with Endoboost hydro added to it.
The rest of the food is in the soil thanks to out Bio Bloom dry fertilizer we mixed into the soil last week.
Now its time to be patient and watch the flowers develop 👌
The Strawberry Pie is doing amazing, more compact and nice to control in 7 liter.
Plant is healthy and gets the same feeding like the others with some booster added now at PH 6.5.
Shape is done, now its flower time ! 🙌
Another week for the Strawberry Lemonade, she is doing amazing. She is covered in trichomes like crazy, looks like it snowed on it.
At the moment she is the most frosty auto in the tent. Feeding just water and gave one feeding with half strength Hybrid Bloom by Greenhouse Feeding.
Excited to see what this beauty turns into, amazing strain so far. The Trichomes with pink stems and white heads look really cool.
We are gettting closer to the finish line and she is frosty like crazy.
Fading on the leaves starts very nice, I am flushing now for a week or so and then lets see what are left with.
Plant looks amazing, flowers get more and more purple hues in them.
Last few days for the Strawberry Pie, all phenos were extremely frosty, this one was super colorful, lots of pink hues in the flowers.
Smell and trichome production are next level, one of the frostiest strains.
She starts had a super easy run and i'm already excited about this strain, just such a beautiful autoflowering strain!
Full score for the Strawberry Pie, this has to be one of the best autos I have grown so far, and surely will have a comeback, this time in hydroponics ! The sweetest, stickiest, fattest, Strawberry out there, no doubt.
So here we are at the end of the Strawberry grow, those of you who follow on Instagram have seen the whole harvest already : ( https://www.instagram.com/pot_portraits ) or Youtube of course https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HF0GJtgHkss&t=6s
She was a dream to grow and watch develop, I grew just testers in tiny 7 liter pots, I can only imagine what she does in 25 liters of freedom.
Towards the last weeks of flower she started to show some incredible pink and purple hues, but more pink than anything, just looked incredible.
Trichome coverage? Incredible, one of the stickiest autoflowers and very easy to grow for anyone.
If you like Indica dominant sweet strains this is the one for you, bud appeal is next level as well, super high bud to leave ratio with almost no leaves around the main flowers, easy trim.
One of my new favourites 💪
