Hey there like all have said definitely get some lady bugs, also mites flourish in stagnant, dry, warm areas, so maybe up the airflow on your plants. Diamatacious earth can be very good and is nontoxic to humans. Also part bleach or alcohol water will kill on contact and not hurt the plants typically. Also insecticidal soaps and Espinosa sprays work too. Its recommended to use 2 different treatments alternated, and another after you think the bugs have gone.
I see you say you also have webbing so possibly wipe down plants with water and paper towels to try to remove them. I dont know if the ladybugs etc will eat the webs as well as the bugs?
Treat your grow room as well as the plants. Best of luck tackling this problem
