Really easy to grow these, just did their thing but did fall victim to a tiny bit of mold/rot right at the end of flower due to high humidity that I struggled to keep down.

Sampled some dried, uncured buds in a portable vaporizer...
Really nice well rounded effect. Relaxing but also stimulating, depends how and when you vape it. Nice strong high, can tell the THC content is up there above 20%. A bit of a strong and racey high but this will settle down to something more smooth with a good cure.

Overall a nice strain to grow and enjoy.

Think I’ll be changing to Organic nutes soon... these are very strong and acidic, hard to control pH.

Maybe boosted the yield a bit but not the easiest nutes to use.

Decent calmag. Seems to cure and prevent calcium and magnesium deficiencies.

Lights

Enjoyed using this light for the first time... Given me a similar yield to a 600W HPS with less than half the real wattage... Love how cool it keeps the room compared to a HPS as well.

Buds seem a little lighter and airy than ones I’ve grown under HPS, but this could be strain dependent.

Looking forward to more grows with it.

SUMMARY

Enjoyed getting back in the game with this grow. Few mistakes along the way, particularly with maintaining pH.
This hurt the plants a little in the early flowering stage and maybe affected the end yield, but this hardy strain still produced a good crop of lovely smelling resinous buds.

Pheno 1 has grown flowers that are more light and airy, and less aroma to them, but still covered in resin and give a good strong effect.
Pheno 2 stacked up with a real OG bud structure, denser more pungeant flowers and lots of resin.

High humidity was a danger in late flower, the outside weather was very humid so was difficult to keep it down in the grow room.

Overall an enjoyable strain to grow and I have 3 seeds left so will certainly be running it again, hoping to learn from this one and treat them even better next time.

Brown Patches on Older Leaves
Slight yellowing and brown mottled patches.
Only on one of the two plants and they’ve been treated and fed exactly the same.
On some older fan leaves, no signs of anything on new growth.
Anything to worry about at this stage? Maybe just a sensitive pheno?
Any advice appreciated.

Fabric planters when they fill with roots become harder to get your water through the entire root system. Your water, feed starts pouring out the sides before reaching the bottom of the planter. The dry areas in your root system leaves dry areas in your leaves, usually half way to near the top of the plant.
Before adding more of anything you should always Check your runoff ph and ec levels to make sure everything is in check. Just blindly adding more without knowing whats really going on is how people fail at a good crop. Cheers friend

Calcium Deficiency? pH problem?
Brown spots on some newer growth now on both plants.
Canna Terra Flores brings the pH of water down too much even at a half dose. I didn’t think I’d need to adjust pH much in soil.
Any suggestions at this point?
Thinking to just feed plain water to bring the pH up at the roots

Hello
So try checking both in going and runoff ph. If you can do plain water to raise it good, but i think you're going to need some calcium added in. If you have a calmag supplement good, otherwise eggshells and epsom salt can be supplement, if you don't have and ph up or down drops or powder there are some natural ways, any sort of garden store lime products will raise ph as well as potassium carbonate , baking soda can help to raise the ph.
It's true that you don't usually have to adjust the ph as strictly with soil growing because of buffering capacity, but that mostly applies to living soil situations and is still worth being monitored occasionally.
*maybe check the ph of water that has just a calmag supplement, if its reasonably high 6.5-7 you can water that in plain and it will help raise the root zone, if your roots are very low, then even watering with up near 7.5 would probably be alright. Try a few things and keep checking and see what works best for you.

Happy growing. :v:
