Week 4
The plant has grown significantly after being transplanted in to a one gallon pot after its seedling cell pot where it had a healthy seedling growth phase.
The plant loves her water and will drink every last drop till the next feeding so hand watering to feel her out was not so difficult. She had been topped at around week 3 where she recovered with in 72 hrs. Her growth after the stress has increased her consumption for water and is growing her branches up and out with healthy looking new growth.
Ive consumed many cheese strains from many different gentics, Im sure this wont disappoint come time.
Week 5
After taking a full week to recovery I noticed that the cheese was clearly finishing her water faster than normal with small amounts of runoff. I decided to transplant her to a 3gal pot. I used coco-coir along with dolomite and lime, FF Happy frog all-purpose (6-4-5) earthworm castings. Ive have the nutrients steady at 550-650ppm till she settles in and try to work her up to 750 eventually in the next 2-3 weeks.
CHeese grew to be a beautiful cultivar. She is very well rounded ( literaly ) lol. After 1 week in her new home she is very happy. Also the minor defoliation of the old water leaves gave her a boost in energy to grow an extra 5 ' !! Keeping her steady with the feed at 550ppm . I dont have any training plans thought of yet . Until I have space in my flower tent we will just have to see. cheers!!
