How many days a week do you recommend feeding a plant? Especially with foxfarm oceanic forest soil??

If you are using FFOF, that soil runs hot/rich, if you have not noticed. I believe and have followed this routine for many grows - - - - - > Do not feed anything for at least 30 days. If you have a strain that is proven to drink up nutes, then I would start at 50% strength, after the 30 day mark. For strains sensitive to nutes, I would feed after 6 weeks, at 50%. I feed every third watering(every 10 days or so), due to the residual micro-nutrients, still in the soil. I have over-fed my plants more than once, with this soil. So be careful, with those liquid nutes. Good growing.

I bought a gtmar full spectrum 1000 watt light off amazon, does it really put off 1000watts?? My 4 plants look great except I can tell that some of the under foliage isn’t quite getting enough light, I’m doing some LST.

Hello Most LEDs have come a long way in the last several years, unfortunately without a ppfd meter or some other light meter you might not be able to truly say how effective this particular model is. Your average power draw can give you some idea, but really your first grow will tell you a lot. If you're getting 200 average power draw then you could aim at like .5-1g per watt off that 200 number . With the plants lower levels not getting the best lighting...that'll happen even with good models that have good science backing them. Best thing to do is try LST, defoliate where you can loose some of those biggest blocking leaves, and definitely lollipop the bottoms of your plants as they get bigger.👍

None. Bloom boosters are snake oil. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.

Why is my photo doing so much better than my auto? I’m assuming photo’s are more forgiving to nutrients problems..

Autos generally take less nutrients than photos, so you should be using a different mix to feed them. Take whatever you're feeding the photos and give the auto 75% strength. Easiest way is just to add a bit of regular water before feeding the auto. Good luck!
