Hey now! This week went very well. I feel like she is finally done growing, and just starting to thicken up and ripen. I did switch from the liquid koolbloom to the dry, and within 48 hours or so I really started noticing the weight of the colas start leaning towards the floor. I did support the main colas last week, but this week I noticed several of the smaller unsupported colas started drooping to the floor, so i added a few support lines. I am thinking maybe she has two or three weeks left. I am not a big believer in an all out flush, as I do not wish to stress her out even near the end. Rather, I am gradually weaning her off the nutes over the next 2-3 weeks. She is starting to get brown tips on almost every leaf so not sure if this is just her being near the end or a bigger issue?? Any advice please hit me up! I'm still struggling with humidity issues, but she seems to be ok! Thank you so much to everyone in this community for all the love, support, and help with my first grow. Thanks and blaze on!
Is this a nutrient deficiency in my auto? I'm Growing in Coco, feed 6X per day drain to waste, PH stays between 5.7 to 6.3. CalMag, then Maxi Bloom powder, then liquid Kool Bloom. I did cut back on the calmag at end of Veg. running a total EC of about 1400. Thanks for any help!π
We found that the Cal-Mag should remain in low doses through flower.
Dont need it during veg as the CocoTek has plenty (assume yours does as well) but as coco breaks down unbuffered cation sites are exposed and begin leaching CA in particular but also Mag as well. This is why a lot of people discourage us from reusing old coco, has to be washed and rebuffered.
Should I be defoliating her more? 1st grow, 50 day old sativa dominant autoflower, I got pretty good airflow, but it's tough to get my humidity below about 52%π€¬ and I just want avoid any potential mold issues, etc. Thanks... ππ
I would go a lot more.
There is plenty articles about how and what.
Check my 8 sisters flowering week 3 and 6. I did two heavy waves with explanation what and many pictures and video what was after.
Your girl will love it, she is healthy, you have many bud sites all the way long. Plant is tall. In my mind you will win a lot, bud denser, less trimming.
Good luck !
7 week old auto leaves turning yellow. Not sure if it's a deficiency or light burn? I am feeding cal-mag, maxibloom, and koolbloom. My light is a mars hydro sp250, and I am down to 11 inches of space from the tallest part of the auto to the LED. Any help is appreciated!
1st ever grow, Sour D. AUTO. Coco/drain to waste. Switch from GH koolblum bulking 0-10-10 to GH koolbloom ripening 2-45-28? Says to switch for the last 1-2 weeks of flower, this would be in addition to calmag and maxibloom for base/micronutrients. Thank you for any and all input!
Hey Growmie,
Your gonna want to switch to the KoolBloom Ripening during the last two weeks because they are no longer growing in size but ripening only, that's the reason they instruct you to do it this way. Hopefully, I answered your question and remember ..."Happy Growing" and "Free your mind one puff at a time"
All my leaf tips are turning brown. Is this just my auto nearing the end or is there a problem with her? Week 11, feeding calmag, maxi bloom, and koolbloom, ec of 1.0 runoff is 1.1. Thank you for any help!
@marshydro, I gotta say I was a little skeptical about trying this SP250 for under $300 as my very first grow light but I gotta say, so far the ladies are loving it...
Thank you for the advice Bloombuster, I cleaned out my res today and switched to Cal Mag, Maxi Bloom, and Kool Bloom....Hopefully they start thickening up!
@Tweezer, Neither do i π I squeezed them in my Garage π my wife doesnt't see them often, so i'm safe π Just haven't seen my outdoor plants for a while now. They are alone with watering timer. we don't have deers, just some bugs, snails and people π Good luck with your lady, she looks great βοΈ
@Ts1Ko, Damn brother!!! I wish I had the space for that! I think my wife would throw me in the street...lol... I cant grow outdoors (other than on my deck) because the deer in my area help them damn selves.....LOL Good luck the rest of the way with all of your ladies, and Blaze On!
WOW! I'm on my first-ever grow also and hope mine look as good as yours when they get to this point. Good luck. Your defoliation and training look amazing.
@M_Jane, I agree with your thought process. I came in with a plan for all 3 of my autos, but I had to learn to listen to each plant, improvise with their training, and only tops a super healthy lady. Stay lit and Good luck!
@Tweezer, I've got two, so I thought I would top the taller one and use LST on the other ~ try my hand at each, see what the pros and cons are. I plan to use the Kushman Chiropractic technique on both and and take clones from each after flowering to try monster cropping. In for a penny, ya' know?
For all the love i see you giving everyone else, i feel you need some back! Your grow is looking amazing and you've kept a great diary! Hope it all finishes well for you
Hey, I'm using Ac infinity t8 and t6 and just realized my humidity was off when compared to a few other meters, I'm still not sure if its correct by all 3 read a bit closer, you can adjust a RH handicap on the unit by pressing the three lined button and down arrow at the same time can go -8%RH to +8%RH for the longest time i thought how is it more humid outside then inside my tent, it wasn't really just measurements were off. Just thought id mention it so you can calibrate it. I also have been using descants 2000sq feet worth from home depot in the room itself, not the tent and a dehumidifier I too have had issues trying to regulate humidity, knock on wood its been decent for a couple months.
As well you can only get your humidity as low as the surrounding room, because its gonna want to equalize. As far as I'm aware, I'm a newbie to this is my first grow, but that's what I've gathered so far
Great looking plants, I'm jealous I wish I was there to smoke some with you lol as well like the effort you put into training to shape it how you wanted to. Glhf enjoy the smoke -Astral
@@@@@nicks, Wow!!! Thank you so much for the tip! I just adjusted and it is now correct!! I been wondering since the very beginning why my AC Infinity monitor ALWAYS read 4% higher RH than the 3 different hydrometers I have put in there. I would aAbsolutely smoke some of this Sour Diesel with you!!! Good looking out brother! π
Really nice job there brother. Those plants are cool.. How many? Consider they will get thicker chicks man. π
It will be a cool harvest mate @Tweezer
