New moon = Awesome day to cut plants, cutting the top of a sick plant along with all the sick parts obviously usually means the plant heals nicely. Waxing = Moon starts to pull up again, this is when you want to plant stuff that grows on top of the ground. Flowers = flower (air) days Leaf plants (herbs'n'stuff) = leaf (water*) days Fruit plants = fruit (fire) days Root of the plant is the stuff you need = root (earth) days *Plants drink up and use water efficiently on water days, and you can also train the plants to get used to watering on water days...
