Wheres winter? Mid summer here, battling the opposite. And whats considered cold to you?

@BudXs, I'm in southern Australia. I am a bit of a wimp when it comes to the cold so anything below 20 celsius or 68 degrees farentheit is cold to me.

Mate you need to switch on both the red and blue spectrum. Plants react to blue light in a way that makes them think its very intense light they are under so they dont stretch as if you would have applied more red light. If you wonder why your plants arent growing very tall, then thats why. If you want them to stretch alot, then you should apply light from the 650 nm spectrum and up - Infrared and basic far red light is good for making plants stretch tall.
