I’m pleased overall for first grow. They are very potent, quality and smoke post cure just gets better and better. Left some to cure 6 months it was like smoking a smooth cookie. Would do again, as nice day smoke
Well its obvious I need to upgrade from the cupboard to a tent. So I have, plus all that goes with it, should fit 6 pants next grow. Carrying on with these 2 for now. My light fell on them and though they were lost but have bounced back
Moved into grow tent for last week of veg, on to a better light and new fan system. Temperatures have been hard to control due to summer temps. But plants looking good, I thought they would be bigger but training has them in a good bush shape.
Added a new light, an issue with overwater but solved quickly but stalled moving into flowering for a few days. Lots of bud sites, slightly issue with humidity so making additions to the set up.
Cutting out 10minutes on light cycle now each week 5minutes on front and back end. They are being very thirsty most of the time, moved to nutrients every other day and water in between. All at 5.8ph good amount of buds coming through (I think!). New vent system put in because of temp issues. 6inch ducting put in for exhaust.
Had a bit of a set back with one of the girls, seemed her ph balance was off, so had to flush and TLC. Been defoliating still because of the amount of buds being blocked from light due to leaves. Going into week 5 of flowering now, so PK to be added and looking forward to the buds really swelling up. Seems my ScrOG and LST worked well for first attempt as bud sites evenly places and evenly grown on the most part. Had to reintroduce Cal/Mag and a lesson learnt that for stretch next time I will not take it away until week 5 flowering. New dehumidifier purchased but sits on the outside, not sure how effective it is being so might need to start to play around with it in the final weeks.
Both Plants ended up getting a bit of nute burn :(. Phantom cookies has been a tough first grow, she has been very temperamental and so far not very rewarding for it. The other I am pretty pleased with, just wish I had not had the burn. I invested in a better light as well to double the LUX, it was around 20-30k which didnt feel like enough for bloom.
I flushed both plants till around 400 TDS, then added root support and silicone nutes only for a few days then will check up on them.
Week 7 so increased PK, but BOOM Nute Burn, I think too burst booster in the last batch of nutes, but they are also showing deficiencies. I think this has seriously impacted yields. I flushed through and gave a very week nute solution 2 days later, but not a lot I could do by then.
Decided to bring both of the girls to the finish line at the same time. Mainly due to nute burn issues, little point flushing 3 times in 3 weeks. I have learnt a lot from the first grow for sure! I think my set up is pretty much on point for what I’m growing. Got a list of improvements to take to the next grow, Looking forward to finishing up the girls and seeing the benefits.
Gotta start some where, i'm trying myself, a lot of adaptations as you go along its a little hard to see your plants with the lights on are those hoses coming off some kind of drip feed? Anyway until you get your 900w in maybe you'd consider going 24hr lights to increase the DLI (daily light intake) of what you have and ya it might be time for a tent, They look good to me if and when something bad happens just take a deep breath, remain calm, you'll figure it out. Start planning how you'd set up exhaust and intake, and control the outside room climate if you dont already, these are by far the biggest challenges ive come across especially in the humid summer. and plenty of fans.

This can help you plan what size exhaust fans, intake fans you might need, no need to by that brand though glhf look forward to seeing your progress
