hey guys I started this as part of another diary but having two different genetics, two different LEDs, and possibly using two different nutrient mixes I figured I better give this girl her own diary before I make things more complicated then necessary. Day 15 - Auto 710 Diesel Light: Platinum LED P300 set to veg mode @ 20" above plant providing about ~28,000 LUX Watering/Nutrients: Switched to RO water and stopped feeding nutes due to burned tips. Will monitor for a week or so before reintroducing nutes at a low dosage. Environment: 4x2 Grow Tent. Temps low of 70 - high of 85 with RH of 75% Humidifier on 24/7 and keeping my exhaust fan off to retain high humidity. Soil: ~6 gallons of Foxfarm Ocean Forest w/ 4 extra quarts of perlite added. If you see anywhere that you think I can improve please drop a comment - I have a lot to learn

Day 21 - 710 Diesel Auto This plant is a fast grower. The 4 lower nodes are stretching out into branches and in a few days I’ll pin them down with 6” garden staples. All new growth looks free of burns so I’m going to start feeding again. I'm learning I don't need to keep my humidifier on 24/7 so I just run it when needed and I keep my exhaust fan off to retain high humidity. My grow tent is a little warm but I think it's worth it for the high humidity while in early growth. Technique: Topped her on day 18 with no issues. Light: Platinum LED P300 set to veg mode @ 20" above plant providing about ~28,000 LUX Watering/Nutrients: plain RO water Environment: 4x2 Grow Tent. Temps low of 68 - high of 91 with RH of 80% Soil: ~6 gallons of Foxfarm Ocean Forest w/ 4 extra quarts of perlite added. Day 28 - 710 Diesel Auto I think I may be overwatering a little so I'm going to back off a little and let her dry out. Temps are getting high after turning on full bloom+veg mode on my light so I got the passive intake going with my exhaust fan so now my RH% is going to be whatever my house is 😞 Light: Platinum LED P300 set to bloom+veg mode @ 20" above plant providing about ~40,000 LUX at the top. Watering/Nutrients: RO water w/ Advanced Nutrients pH perfect line up Environment: 4x2 Grow Tent. Temps low of 62 - high of 92 with RH of 45% Soil: ~6 gallons of Foxfarm Ocean Forest w/ 4 extra quarts of perlite added. Day 35 - 710 Diesel Auto This girl nearly doubled in size this past week and is getting super bushy - I'm not sure what to do with all the undergrowth being that it's an autoflower I worry about stripping her - I think I'm just going to let her do her thing for now and try to control her as best I can with the trellis net and some leaf tucking. Light: Platinum LED P300 set to bloom+veg mode @ 18" above plant providing about ~50,000 LUX at the top. Watering/Nutrients: RO water w/ Advanced Nutrients pH perfect line up, Real Growers Recharge and Terpinator. Environment: 4x2 Grow Tent. Temps low of 66 - high of 80 with RH of ~50% Soil: ~6 gallons of Foxfarm Ocean Forest w/ 4 extra quarts of perlite added. Day 42 - 710 Diesel Auto This plant is taking over my tent - i pruned a ton of undergrowth for better airflow and retucked everything under the trellis net rather roughly because im running out of overhead clearance.

Day 49 - 710 Diesel Auto I hope she went through her final stretch and will quit stretching otherwise I'll be forced to re-trellis and add stress during flower which I don't want to do. I regret using these big pots for my autoflowers - if I had instead used four 3gal pots I think I could achieve the same scrog effect and be 2 full weeks further into flower by this point and I wouldn't be combating the height. Lessons for next time I guess. This girls trunk is much thicker then the haze im growing her with and she's also bushier and drys out much faster and shows little signs of deficiency on new growth so I guess she's hungrier too. I think the breeders description about this strains potential in the right hands has something to it. Too bad I'm the one growing her 😁 Light: Platinum LED P300 set to bloom+veg mode @ 16" above plant providing about ~60,000 LUX at the top. Feeding: RO water w/ Advanced Nutrients pH perfect grow/bloom/micro line up, CalMag Plus, Recharge and Terpinator. Environment: 4x2 Grow Tent. Day 63 - 710 Diesel Auto I think I've got some pretty bad light burn but not sure what's wrong to be honest - im cutting back on nutes and raising the light a little I just want her to pull through, i don't care too much about bag appeal since i only grow for my personal use but im worried it will effect yield and quality if it doesnt finish before every leaf is dried up. I only fed her 1 time this week with the full nutrient line up just in case this is nutrient burn, the rest of the time it was just plain water with some Terpinator and twice watered with Growers Recharge.

Grow Questions

What do you guys think is wrong with my leaves? I think it's lightburn because it seems especially bad and concentrated directly under the grow light but then again I see some off these spots far away from the light so I'm unsure. Over-fertilization maybe? Mostly on canopy level

Light burn would only affect the portions of the plant closest to the light. What you have here is nute burn. 73 ml/gal is a lot I would flush this plant as quickly as possible to prevent it from killing your whole grow. Even if you didn’t see any problems in the past. The salts from these types of fertilizers will build up creating a toxic environment within your soil.

day 71 she is putting on weight even with all the burned leaves I believe Jeff123fish is right about the soil being toxic - the run off had about 1000ppms but the pH was good and I think the light distance was a little close and just accelerated the already damaged leaves. I flushed and raised the lights some. She smells like skittles and I think she will pull thru just fine.

Day 78 - 710 Diesel Auto I think she has another week or two - trichomes look all clear to me This girl is pretty big and could take this entire 4x4 tent for herself. I'm out of bud so I'm toying with the idea of trimming off some of the under-developed lower growth and turning it into oil.

Day 85 - 710 Diesel Auto There isn't much going on I feel like I am just waiting for the trics to change color, I squeezed some of the nugs and they feel pretty dense This is likely the last update before I harvest but we'll see.

After hang drying for 5 days I began curing in a plastic bin; I believe they got a little too dry so I've bottled them and waiting for some humidty packs to finish up the cure process but so far its pretty good. I learned a lot in this grow; Small pots are better for what I'm trying to do so instead of 7 gallon pots; next time Ill likely use my 3 gallon pots and keep it all in my 4x2 tent. That way I can move to the plant near a drain or outside for flushing or dealing with run off and I can shave a couple weeks off the entire grow having smaller plants. Thanks to everyone thats been following along and checking in - it's been fun tracking my grow and recording my progress.
