Hi again Growdiaries friends, welcome to my new diary. This time I choosed a strain from Royal Queen Seeds, Royal Critical Automatic, a strain with good genetics, strong and easy to grow and is known for its bigger yealds. Day 1 - Germination : I've used an Airpot this time (I want to see the roots coming out from the holes, LOL), the substract is Light Mix from Biobizz and I used Aqua Clay Pebbles from Canna at the bottom of the pot to make the drainage easier, the seed was planted directly into the soil, 15 mm deep, slightly watered with a syringe to not move the soil too much(good for the seedling in the future as well) and put the pot in a dark place (3 principles for a good germination are warm, moisture and darkness) Day 4 - Seedling : The seed has finally sprouted but I kept it there until the end of the day and then I've passed the pot to its new place under 250W Hps lamp from Lumatek (maybe too much for the seedling but it's 80 cm far from the plant) Day 6 - as the weather is very hot I've put a few wet clothes on the ground trying to raise the humidity and some Clay Pebbles at the top near the plant to keep the soil moisture.

Hi guys, I would like to ask, in the seedling phase the plant does not have a big root system so I'm just giving it 80 ml per day and because it's very hot the surface dry really quick so I'm watering every day. Should I give it more to avoid watering every day?

For the Airpot users, It's a fact that the soil dry and need to be watered every day. According to biobizz's schedule for a watering of 2 to 3 times a week 2ml should be gaved so If I'm watering every day I have to give less nutrients per time right, maybe half the dosage?

If your growing in soil and it drys that fast is good but i would feed once a week not everyday, and i would only feed when i see the plants are needing more. That avoids overfeeding. Feeding is always best by measuring your ec and your diary says 7 ph. Thats to high for veg. Around 6.3 for veg, 6.5 for flower. Cheers friend

Hi bro Without airpot i was watering once a week with big amount of water. With airpot i am actually watering less amount but more often as the little holes makes the soil dry faster (dividing my nut by two but this is because of the plant not the pot) I am on a 0.4 l everyday in average Watering 1.2l every 3-4 days. Cheers and good luck.

Has this happened to anyone? The plant seems healthy and almost all of the leaves too. However some central leaves are withered.

Probably over or underwatering, after you do your normal watering procedure check the soil for dry spots where the water may not have spread into, or before watering check for moisture from the underside of the pot and check if the soil dried up properly. And water untill you get run off. It may also be from heat or the early stages of K(and possibly P too) toxicity, check the tips of the leaves for burn. But if there is no burn starting up then its most likely a watering or heat issue, if this is happening mostly on the upper sections then its most likely heat, from the color of your picture i assume that you got a HPS/HID flower light, wich makes a lot of heat and would explain it, make sure ur termometer is sitting at the level of the tops of your plants to get a accurate reading, preferably right under the light, in the center of the tent where the heat concentrates the most.

There is one bud that hasn't developed, it has yellow leaves. Have this happened to anyone? Could this be bud rot? What should I do?

The plant isn't ready and the buds will swell more as the plant is closer to harvest. You would know if it was bud rot because, in the beginning, bud rot attacks a plant's stem, which will appear mushy and gray. As the infection progresses, signs of bud rot are characterized by wilted, yellow, and burnt leaves. It's tricky to spot bud rot ahead of time because the fungus first takes hold inside the plant and works its way to the outside. The plant is suffering from too much calcium which severely limiting phosphate availability. Hopefully, I answered your question and remember " Happy Growing and Free your mind one puff at a time ".

@Gardenergrower, muchas gracias amigo. No último cultivo no final da fase de floração apareceram algumas raízes depois de uma rega, então neste cultivo pus mais terra. Mas muito obrigado pela dica amigo. Boa sorte para ti tb. 👍
