Is that really you're temps? 50 degrees?? Btw you can flip when you're ready or if you have an auto it'll do it on its own. I've read you can 12 12 from seed. Let her grow to a third or half of desired height, then flip. She stretches in flower. Also environment plays a big role, never forget. 😁👊
Going well I think getting nice n bushy for 3 weeks veg. Got to love growing ya own. So woke up this morning to find 4 females in my tent. Was a happy boy this morning.. Iv had to trim a lot of fan leaves back. Very big and was blocking a lot of the middle n bottom. Another 2 weeks 18.6.then 7.9.weeks flower. Or until tricomes turn Amber.
So week 4 of veg all going well had to trim a lot of fan leaves off. But have done them the world of good. I have tried my hand at supercroping 1 of them. Learning curve. Taking cuttings tomoz the 1 more week 18.6.then think about flowering..even got myself some tea bags for the little devil's lol
So week 5 n all well iv added a 300w full spectrum light as well as LED. All look healthy and a stretching little by little. Trimmed them all. And took clones.. Fingerscrossed they work.. Happy growing ppl.
Iv noticed some yellowish tints to some of my lower leafs..iam I feeding them wrong or not enough. Hard to gauge.. I do feed from the bottom. But have made more room now so feeding 3 pints per plant every 3 to 4 days its all gone from trays by the next day.. Ty.
Yellowing at the bottom is either N deficiency or light deficiency. If you have a really week light, the bottom foliage could just be dying, not a huge problem really. Check pH and add a bit of N. If you know you just have a really underpowered light, then prune the lower foliage.
First, under purple light we can not judge your plant health, take pictures under natural light.
Second, I cant recommend enough that if you want to feed without guessing, then get an EC / PPM meter, even a cheap one. It is much easier to recommend a level of PPM.
If your yellowing is homogeneous, then it is nitrogen deficiency (lack of grow nutes), if it is more prevalent near the tips and the base still green, then it is potassium deficiency.
Ty I think will be light issue but iv added another 300w to help them on n see how they get on. I have been using a lower strength nutes because as a newb. I don't want to mess it up but think I will increase the nutes and all shud be good only seems to be the lower middle ty
For flowering, plants need around 40 watts per sq ft. Those mars reflectors are rated at 92 watts (bad marketing), so it is not enough for your space, you would need two of them together, or a better light altogether.
Iam going to put in flower in a day or so iam using tomorite with seaweed. And canna flora At the mo. But have been diluting so will put recommned amount ty again
Athos iv added a 300w CFL full spectrum to the mix. And flicking to 12 12 tomoz. I was vegging and I think when I flower them they will grow nice. Done well so far.. With help off ppl on here. Looking forward to end product. So need it for pain.. N ty in advance for any help

Looking good and healthy so far! Yes adding the 300W CFL will help with flowering, the thing with CFL's is they don't have much light penetration. This means we want to keep the light fairly close to the plants. A good indicator is hold your hand at the canopy for a minute and if your hand is not too hot you should be good (3-6").

Iam only using LEDandCFL. Due to it being with the 2x2x5 tent. Only doing for med purposes. To be fair I take a lot on board mybe to much my brains frazzled with different info.. I think I will up my nutes. Move lights closer. And see what happens.
Will do athos what I ment by upping nutes. Was I have been diluting them so far. So I will give the recommend amount.. Again the newb in me. I watered them today. So next water is it best to just use water. Or shud I keep giving nutes every time. Until. Finished.. Ty again m8

This could be normal because the new grown plantparts have a lighter green.
You need to check what happens after you have give them nutrition. Normally 30 mins to 6ß mins after feeding this parts should get darker.
If so then you know that you can give more ec or feed them one or two times oftener.

Just keep testing pH and ppms in runoff. Looks like you've got too much N. I also fed the recommended amount when I started. Oops! Itll be fine though, they wont even notice it in another few days.
If your runoff has a high ppm, then just used pH'd water for the next couple feeds.
So iam into my 2nd week flower. Iv had a few problems but got over them. They are all but 1 about 55". But have a beast in the corner she's 4and half foot tall and looking amazing. On wards n upwards.
So 1st pic is a month ish. And others are today week 3 and all is well other than space issues. Leaf issue's. But look healthy and showing lots of bud sites. Iam at a cross roads at the mo. Debating if I can trim some of the big fan leaves off while so early into the flower stage. Don't want to mess it up n risk losing them due to over stress. My head hurts with all the yes u can. N noooooo Don't do it. Can anybody help on this matter. Either do it and get nice results. Or have tried n messed up.. I need to do something. Space is the key. For some reason it's say 9 weeks flower. But it's only 4 weeks flower. Lol. Going well I guess for a 1st grow. Looking nice n frosty at 4 weeks.. Got a alien in the corner lol which knocked me.. Turns out to be a different strain.. 5 n half foot monster.. N still going up.. Have enjoyed this 1st 1 and hope to do more. Has any 1.got n ideas for next. 1 myt try autos. Are they easy to grow? Is is it best to stay away from them.. Happy growing ppl
So 5 weeks into flower. All well no issues. Happy lady's starting pk and boost today. Make them fatten up. They smell amazing and are starting to get lots of tricomes. Not bad for a 1st on a low budget.. Iv found out that if my temps drop a little at nyt. Does not really affect this stain of og. Which I was very worried about.. Happy growing peeps..
Not much to say other than I am quite dissatisfied with my results. But still got 3 weeks left. I'd say my nuggs are fatten up. As wen I gently squeeze them they do seem quite hard.. 3 weeks left on 3 of the mint choc n a little longer on the rouge 1 lol.. Don't have a clue what strain it is but look n smells amazing. Very sweet smell. Happy growing peeps
So week 6 not much change getting frosty and fatten up. Having trouble with temps as winters on the way. But iv wrapped. My tent with double backed curtains. All the way round n it's helping a lot. 3 weeks n counting cud even be 4..dont want to chop to early n thay still have a little while to go. Happy growing peeps
So no change just got fatter buds. The 2 on the ryt are being flushed for 7.10days. 2 on the left are different strains. Had a few newbie problems at the start but soon realised its a weed n if u listen to her she will let u know what she needs.. Been a nice journey and carnt wait to dry n try. Happy growing peeps
