Just got the small grow room all cleaned up, We ripped out the old carpet and repainted the walls. I'm using all new 5 gallon cloth pots with a new flood tray. We sterilized everything including the buckets they are sitting on. We added 3/4" thick foam insulation over the window which also cuts out all the light. Let's grow some bad ass plants. I have started all clones except for the 3 biggest bushiest plants, which are Pauls Purple Fire BX1 (SFV OG backcross). The clones are Master Orange, Blue Tahoe Cheese and NY Diesel but I am not going to mention those much even though they are going to be awesome. They are not a New420Guy Seeds strain.
Week 2 and just a few days ago using my own modified Veg light cycle 12 on, 5 off, 2 on, 5 off, my 3 Pauls Purple Fire BX1 plants (from seed) have shown sex. Rats! Two of them are males. I replaced both of them with clones from my Super Blue Dream mother. One of them is actually about a week older and already much bigger than the rest, but they are all growing fast and I'm sure they will catch up in size.
So, this diary kinda died soon after it got started because we got Russet mites in the small grow room. We scrapped some of the plants, moved some stuff around, cleaned the room and started over ... with several new strains.
Once the males showed sex, we picked the best one of each strain and put them together in the small grow room, moving all the females into the garage. We began to bag the pollen from the males to prevent cross pollination when working with the females.

Just before harvest. Half of the plants have been moved outside for our large outdoor crop. The rest are ready to be harvested. All our seeds are done.
Rusty OG has a few different phenos but the 2 prominent ones are the Salmon River OG
pheno and the PTP (Post Traumatic Purple) pheno. The PTP pheno not only tested higher
in THC but it smells and tastes much better with a delicious fruity-grape flavor. It's a very
easy plant to grow and resistant to mold.
Granddad's Lavender is a cross of Soma Lavender female x Ken's Granddaddy Purps male. It's one of the prettiest strains I have seen, and has a delicious smell and taste!
My favorite of all our strains, Pauls Purple Fire is still an early finishing plant, a very heavy yielder and of course the high is sensational. I love the spicy aroma.
I love this strain! One of the phenos finishes with a very strong orange aroma. The other main pheno comes out smelling like Master Kush. This is a very heavy yielder and very potent.
Blue Tahoe Cheese is a mostly indica dominant hybrid with potential for high THC levels, especially if grown indoors. Most finish with a Kush/Cheese flavor aroma, but one pheno has a strong blueberry aroma.
