7/19 dropped 2 seeds in the water. This grow is made possible, thanks to sweet seeds. I must say thank you and I cannot truly express how lucky i feel 🤘💚
7/20 both seeds finally sank to the bottom of the glass. One of them took about half a day longer than the other. Fingers crossed its not a dud🤞
7/21 so far only one seed has popped. The one still is seeming to be a dud
7/22 both seeds popped tap roots and they got planted into 3 gal pots
7/24 both seeds have broke through soil
7/25 seedlings are looking good for 2 days old 😛
7/26 both of the seedlings have a cotyledon with small bleach spots on a leaf. Other than that they seem to be going good. I put a cut water bottle over the top of them for a make shift humidity dome
7/27 theyre looking good so far
7/28 lookin to be some strong plants
7/30 day 6 watered lightly around the seedlings
7/31 they already look like 2 different phenos
8/2 watered and turned light to 24/0
8/4 just took pics. They look burnt I feel like my soil is too hot for them
8/7 flushed soil. Its too hot for these seedlings
8/9 new growth looks less crispy and burnt than the other growth. Everything seems to be alright so far💚
8/10 im upset about the clawing going on, doesnt seem healthy. I plan to top here soon as she shows healthier growth. Ive flushed soil once, this last time i watered and once soils dry again i shall do the same until healthy growth appears. Note to self and others, use a light soil mix for your autos. I know this but I still messed up on that part obviously 😅
8/13 one of them is staying short still and doesn't seem as burnt as the other but the others more burnt but about half an inch/inch taller. But theyre both about the same amount of nodes
8/18 topped one of the girls
8/20 she's responding well to the hst. They're both growing fast ever since they got used to the hot ass bat guano soil I'm using. Note to self, don't use this soil on autos
8/23 topped the 2nd plant, now they Both are. Both are growing very rapidly and strong. I have kept the light very close to them and theyre growing very short, compact. With many many side branches. Beautiful plants. Both very uniform and shape, literally identical phenotypes so far.
8/24 fed her with a small dose of veg nutes
8/28 shes got so many branches and such an even canopy on top. Shes gonna be a beast in flower
8/30 both plants are extremely thick and bushy, its hard to see where the plant might benefit from strategic defoliation. One of the plants got to a point that I had to start defoliating anyways. No plan besides less chaos within the plants tiny space it occupates.
9/2 showing pistils
9/4 defoliated a bit to uncover bud sites hidden. These plants are also extremely bushy, its very difficult to even cut the leaves I desire.
9/6 fed with open sesame
9/8 defoliated again. Bid sites are coming in nicely
9/13 everything's coming along nicely. They look a little hungry for nitrogen. Also showing signs of nutrient burn. Fed them more than I should be. Id like to note that these plants seem more sensitive to nutes than other genetics
9/16 I was right about them being sensitive too nutes. One of the plants is quite burnt by the looks of it. Both plants are extremely frosty though for how early it is. I flushed both plants 3 days ago and today, hopefully it evens out the nutes in the soil. Most of my grows have been with coco, I'm not used to having excess nutrients let alone any in the soil. Nonetheless these plants may be the most impressive ive ever grown In the resin production aspect
9/22 last week, I took a break from the nutes due to the plants looking burned. I flooded last 2 tonnes I've watered. Didn't seem to make to much of a difference. The plants were burned pretty bad. But I fed one of the plants( the least nute burned one) beastie blooms. It's also important to note that the same plant I fed is the one with the soil drying out twice as fast as the other plant of this strain. The plant I lollipopped has more uniform bud growth and is filling out more evenly than the one I didn't. Interesting grow. Learning a lot 💚 happy growing everyone
9/25 some purple is showing on some fan leaves. I wish I hadnt burnt the plants as bad as I have. The fan leaves are absolutely covered in crystals. The buds are pretty damn crystally as well. I can't wait to see the final product
10/2 plants are getting close. I can see some amber trichomes. The resin production of this strain is absolutely insane. Long stalks with fat heads clustered together so tightly its hard to look at individual stalks
8/6 started flushing. All pistils have been orange for the past week or so. Buds are still packing on a little weight. Not the heaviest yeild but the resin production is still fantastic.
10/10 chopped 10/15: still drying, I will update on smoke report when she's done drying.
10/21 most of the plants are still drying. I'm hanging the whole plant rather than individual branches as I have done in the past. Trimming was quite a pain in the ass this way but my drying time has increased considerably!
The smell is super pungent, has a typical gorilla glue kinda smell. The buds are covered in orange hairs and pistils and they're rock hard. Burns smoothly. My father in law said it should be called TT Rather than GG because it's two toke weed lol
Had trouble with my soil being hot with these plants, they burned easily. It's definitely a fantastic resin producer though. Literally 90% of all the leaves were leaves covered in impressive frost. First week of flower and there were trichomes everywhere, before there were even buds. I can't wait to try the photo period of this strain. I think this may be the most crystal covered plant I've grown. The plants stayed short, I think that may be due to me experimenting with a 20/4 light schedule and keeping the lights close as I could. Or it could just be genetics. The buds aren't impressively big but they are rock fucking solid. Overall this was a very easy grow. If I could do it again, I would just let them do there thing rather than trying to push nutes.i believe I could've just sat back and let them do there thing and would've turned out better
