@Statman, 30% lamp power from week 1 to week 3. 70cm -80cm lamp to plant 60-70% lamp power week 4 to week 7. 60 -70cm L to P 100% lamp power week 8 to end of cycle . 50-60cm L to P. That's how I do it. Dont worry too much about plant to lamp distance. I can have top of the bud 5 cm away from my mars hydro and it wont burn or damage flower.
