This Strawberry Nuggets sprouted on July 26.
Sharing a 2.3x2.3 with an S.O.D.K (7 days old) under a SF1000 in a great, consistent environment.
In Canna Coco and Perlite, misting the top until I can properly water.
I like to do 24 hours of light for the first week but with it being in the tent with the S.O.D.K it will do 18 hours from start.
Day 3 - Looking healthy, and getting a nice mist when the top gets dry
Day 5 - Continuing with the daily mistings. A little slow with the growth but it all looks good
D7 - Growing slow and weird discoloration. No idea why, will continue to look for solutions as she grows
Day 10 - Not much to say other than super slow, weird colours and probably stunted for some reason
Day 15 - Slow and steady she says! Weird colour still, and stems going a tad purple, will check run off pH next watering.
Day 19 - Last few waterings with no CalMag and ph at 5 to lower the run off. Newer stems are green, and the growth excelled pretty well and the newer growth colour looks like it will be normal.
Day 21 - After her first set of leaves, and adjusting pH, it is all green stems, leaves are starting to settle into one colour and the growth is back on track. I did see some pistils on day 20, I have a feeling it will be a bit on the smaller side due to a weird start. I am not going to LST at this point in time. I am going to let it grow a bit first, to see what later LST does as I always do early LST.
This rain weather has causes my humidity to stay between 60-70%. My dehumifidier shows up on Monday, just intime for flowering.
Day 23 - All looking good, leave colour has basically figured itself out. Waited a bit longer then my other plants to do LST, but responded to it well overnight. Showed pistils on day 20/21, and starting the branch stretch now! A daily watering has been doing her nicely
Day 25 - Seems to be stunted, I will wait and see, but it looks like my last grow of stunted autos.
Top ammended with 50/50 of Gaia Green All Purpose and Power Bloom
Day 28 - Not much happening that is too crazy, just a slow stunted squat plant. Still excited to see what is to come
Been able to lower my humidity by running a small heater in the room the tents are in, but it raises temps a tad. I am ok with that, as I needed my humidity lower than 65%
Day 29 - Bushy little gal! Haven't needed to defoliate other than 2 leaves but I may defoliate a bit due to high humidityThough it is small, it looks beautiful. Easy plant to grow so far, excited to see what flower beholds
Day 33 - Well I was wrong about being stunted, just a bit slower and staying true to it's smaller form but still great growth. Love how bushy she is, will need to defolite shortly to help with my high humidity. Seems to be sensitive to the light so I will raise it an inch or two (too bad for the S.O.D.K.)
Day 37 - What a beautiful plant. Love the small compact look. Everything is going great and just entering flower. Did my first big defoliation on day 36, opened up a bunch of buds sites and to allow more air flow to reduce mold because of high humidity
Day 43 - Fed today, 70/30 with PowerBloom and All Purpose Gaia Green. She is growing to be a pretty decent size, and a fair amount of tops! Just starting to flower, and ended up with a pretty even canopy, will try to contine to train it even
Day 47 -Small strain, pfft. With LST this girl is becoming a beast! Flying past the s.o.d.k and may even compete with the Double Grape x White Crack. Branched out real nice, and created a pretty decent canopy. Just starting to flower, and adjusting lights accordingly each day as it is showing slight signs of lights to close
Was able to get humidity to sit between 50-55% now. I am less worried about mold as I have great air flow
Day 53 - Looking amazing! awesome canopy, and ended up vegging pretty big! Doing great, no issues at all and as started to flower pretty decent now and showing small amount of trichomes.
Day 58 - She jumped into flower hard! Threw out bud sites and trichomes real fast after she was done vegging. Awesome canopy, starting to smell nice and looking like it will be a decent size! Going to be growing for awhile!
Day 63 - This plant surprised me. Started off sketchy and weird, but now is looking to be the biggest plant I have. Great even canopy, tons of tops and gone into flower hard! Still tons of time left on this girl so I added some PowerBloom 2-8-4 to help feed her for these last few weeks. Smell is starting to be pretty strong but hard to describe. Frost came on real quick, and the buds seems to be growing everywhere and fast! Just daily watering of pH at 6. Used way less cal/mag on this plant and I have absolutely no deficiencies or toxicities. Easiest plant so far to grow.
Day 64 - The nugs are gaining size a fair rate, tons of trichomes and a beautiful looking plant. Very excited to see if I get a coloured pheno, but either way I am stoked to smoke this Indica 💪
Day 80 - Missed a weeks worth of updates due to new full time job
The colours on this plant are so beautiful. Got a nice pheno of purple buds that are rock hard. Smell is strawberry kush, mouth watering! Been doing my daily watering and that's about it as she just slowly thickens and finishes up. Seems to be rounding the corner real fast and may be ready for day 85! Won't rush the harvest though as I want a nice couch lock so will wait for about 20% amber. Loved this plant and will need to grow it again when I get my hands on some more beans! Easiest grow I had, and responded very well to LST.
@MrHightimes, thanks! I have not been getting yellowing leaves on any of the plants this run. My first grow I did, and from my experience which is very small, found it was time to feed. I top ammend every 3 weeks or so
