this week the girls have started coming into their own. I seem to have 2 different phenos.. currently one is really stretching and the other is bushing out. However my 3rd plant im calling her shorty seems to be having a harder time getting going. She's easily half the size of the other 2.

Nope, you've got a week left before its too late they say you're not suppose to do anything to them after week 3 of flower. Hopefully, I answered your question and remember " Happy Growing and Free your mind one puff at a time ".

As this is my first grow I've only very lightly defoliated when I've felt its absolutely necessary. I've stripped all of the bottom branches and leaves out but apart from that I've left everything that the light touches. With my next run I'll take a more aggressive stance with defolatiation!

Looks lush good job. You can tie back leaves pretty much the same way you would do with a branch. I would be trying to get them side branches as much light early on as possible. If it's a auto I wouldn't risk cutting much off.

Cheers buddy! They are both the photoperiod variant of this strain. Im just finding they are both really bushing up and not leaving much space in the middle for light penetration.

Ah well then trim away, if I was you I would trim the middle leafs tuck the bottoms and top and then flower after a week or so that's going to explode in flower.
