Panama grow

Day 9: Flipped back to 400W, seedlings appeared to be growing slow. 8/7/20 (Day 12): Appears to be burning tips on seedlings. Unsure if its nutrient or light related. I doubt nutrients because I have not been using any so far. I think the 400W was too close, even though I tried the "hand trick". I moved lights all the way up, will continue to monitor seedlings.
