The plants have fully recover from the last defoliation. Probably tomorrow the lights will be flipped to 12/12. The system was recently flushed in preparation for the flowering phase. Good even growth across the canopy.

Right now I am not measuring the distance, but I am measuring the LUX. I keep the LUX around 40k - 45k to promote as much stretching as possible while simultaneously promoting healthy growth.
