First go at the autoflowering plants. Always have grown outdoors, and from seedling or clones.
i49 Seeds is an incredibly easy company to work with. Super fast, discreet shipping. Order received within 10 days or paying.
10:30 am, 08/02/2020, soaked the girls down on the plate, covered and left them be. Checked 36 hours later to see the ADK Blue aka Blueberry/ Lemon Haze started to stretch.
Liking the controlled environment aspect of the tents. Looking forward to the road.
4"-203cfm exhaust system with a carbon filter/ pre-filtering is the way to go.
Weekly updates to come. GOOD LUCK all Cultivators!
Made her skip from the wet paper towel into a Rapid Rooter. Then placed into my personal air propagator. Took about 48-60 hours for her to peek her head up to the top, but since she has not stopped. I use the Humboldts Golden tree as a foliar spray, just a light-light misting. Also placed .25 ml of Humboldts Plant Enzymes into the water basin, and faithfully change every 20-24 hours. I noticed when I placed the propagator into the tent, the humidity raised by 5-15% depending on how many slots were open. I have a poor soul clone and Lucy and the 3rd slot open, holding at a steady 60% humidity rate after 48 hours. The previous was at 73-76% without the clone plugging the spot.
Ambient air temperature is running a touch higher than I like, 80-87 degrees during the daytime hours, but a few strategic fans, and it is back around 78 degrees, then the usual 6 degree drop for the 6 hours I rest the equipment.
More photos to come of this lone rider. She will be in good company, Ivanna and Marlene came over from the White parts of 🇷🇺, i49's White Russian (fem), and an OG strain from the 90's. Also in the mix is a possible 2nd set-up.
Slow week. Let my back up watering supply run low, spent the better half of a day filling and mixing nutrients. Did catch ip on a couple shows I had DVRed
Some may call it trim week, I prefer calling it "Butcher Time"
Heavy defoliation week, along with a touch of super cropping to get these ladies to dance in a set pattern. Patience and practice is the way. More so on the patience end.
1.) Never second guess what you did...in other words, stop fingering fucking her after she falls over.
2.) Remember that she is a weed, like hoes, they always come back around.....Patience..
I also dim the lights a touch, hit is with H2O, first, and then either some Clonex Misting spray, or a light mixture of Humbolts Golden Tree. In layman terms............"make it rain on these bitches!!!!!!"
These autoflowering plants are catching me by surprise. Definitely learning a lot towards future grows. Biggest take away is that, yes, pot size does matter to these girls...lol
Seriously though, the bigger the pot, the bigger the plant. I have had autos start budding at 6 inches tall, and at 26 inches. I failed to transplant this girl before she took off. I have better pictures and a ton more information to come on this strain as well as techniques and the phenotypes between two plants from the same batch, but are totally different. I love shit like this. Truly amazing to see it all unfold
