At the start of Week 2, I realized my light's timer was set to "Always On" instead of using the timer - now we're set to a 20/4 schedule.
So far, nothing has changed in my schedule except that one of my 3 plants (the Critical Kush Auto) didn't germinate. I'm probably going to reuse the the soil in that pot to fill the pot up as a top dress on the 4th week. I'm still using pH'd water only with no additional nutrients. I added a small oscillating fan to circulate air a bit better.
@Gutismoke102, Thanks - yours are looking good too! Looks like they're both about the same age (or I'm 1 week behind). None of the other grow diaries I've seen of this strain looked like mine except for yours so I'm going to be keeping an eye on that.
@TheUk420Show, Awe man - I wish. They were still pretty short, around 24" (61cm) but the LST really helped them produce.
Final results are 118 of the dense, good smokable buds, and 46g of airy/small buds in the hash pile. Totaling 164g or 5.85oz. Harvest diary will come soon along with a smoke report.
Great diary man! Id say your issue with the lack of smell/taste was definitely due to the cheaper lights and not even anything to do with the light output bc you wouldnt have yielded as well if that was the case but the actual light spectrum the LEDs put out. Howd pressing the bubble turn out though and how were the terps on that?
@DrWeird, Must have been an alright return if you were trying for diamonds and sauce man fair play 😂 But the upgrade will be sure to reflect in the next batch, I went from shitty 150w setup off amazon to the spiderfarmer sf2000 and sf1000 a couple months ago and still cant believe the difference, the new samsung chips are rediculously bright for the energy they use😵
@ElMangoLoco451, thanks for the input! I'm also thinking that when the temps went over 80F for an hour or two a day, that also contributed to this. Also noticed the leaves tacoing a bit too.
Well I'm glad I upgraded to the Kingbrite for the next run
The bubble wasn't bad, until I tried to get diamonds using the jartech method and basically decarbed it. Well.. next time will be better 🤣
