Since my auto lemon looks like it's not growing well, I decided to sprout something different. I started it in a paper towel and in 24 hrs it blasted out of it's shell and grew a 1 inch radicle that pushed through a couple layers of the towel. I just cut the towel as close to the root as felt safe and just planted the seed and towel together. In 3 days it's more than half the size of my lemon at 15 days.
Growing quick and strong, seems pretty happy. 3rd node starting to grow in so I'll be transplanting to final 3 gallon pot in the next 4 or 5 days probably.
Will probably start feeding with nutes tomorrow, day 19. Topped on day 18 at the 3rd node, I'll be quad-lining and the first node just looked weak and uneven, so I'll be going with nodes 2 & 3 this time instead of nodes 1 & 2 like usual. This has been an incredibly vigorous plant from the moment the taproot popped out of the seed shell, and it hasn't slowed down a bit.
This thing has the longest internodes I've ever seen. Preflowers on day 18, and it's definitely in stretch now. Starting to drink a little more and I hit it with nutes this week.
